I will not order from this outfit again. An auto was sent to me, unknown to me, for &510. I called to credit my card and return their product. They do not return your money, they give a credit for now product, so remember once they have your money, it’s no longer your money. Never again, no integrity, cant spend my money with a company like this. There are too many others out there with the same product, and same results.

I've ordered products from them before and the products are wonderful. I like that they offer discounts or I probably wouldn't be able to afford the products.

I have been introduced to a variety of their products, and I like them all. No heavy perfumes. No allergic reaction.

The chat help online was very helpful. They provided the link to the products we were discussing. I also appreciated they were not trying to notch up sales, but provided information on what I needed without trying to upsale. Very much appreciated that!

Worst web site design I ever purchased from. Couldn't find "chat" to get some answers. Couldn't locate info on how to use happy points on order. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took1 hour. Been a customer for many years, but you may lose me.01

There was no one available on the chat support. Second the offer that is given while checking out I agreed to but I do not see that in my email receipt.(Which maybe a good thing because I did not want that much money, lol.) But it was confusing

Easy, efficient process

I wanted to order a couple of other items but couldn't figure out how to get to the complete menu/selection. Also, where do I find out if any promotions/etc are available?
Otherwise, Chamonix is good.

I joined the web site today and made one purchase for a net cost of $152.10. While I was trying to check out, different offers kept popping up while I was trying to redeem my $10 reward for spending over $100. It was distracting and I never ordered anything else. I received my first confirmation which was correct. Within a minute, an updated order confirmation came up on my screen showing that I also purchased a "Complete Home Spa Package" which I didn't even see on their web site and now my total due was over $300.00. The company does not answer their phone, nor was the chat available. I sent an email per their phone to send an email which I did and it came back as Mailer-Daemon or undeliverable. Also, when signing up, I gave them my birthday but they wanted it again upon completing my order but I ignored it as I thought I may inadvertently end up buying more items. I will try the products I ordered but I'm not sure that I will continue to deal with this company unless they shape up their web site. I requested a refund after I sent an email to another address that I found online for the second product so let's see what happens. This whole thing was a waste of my time.
