The Website is easy to navigate which makes it very easy to choose the products that are best for my needs.

Ordering was easy but I have a decent amount of points to redeem yet I was not able to do so online.

I bought a product I wanted to try that says 4 months supply but the default subscription was to buy it every month. How does that make sense? Yet the longest subscription is 90 days.(3 months) Still doesn't make sense. It's the 2nd time I have had a less than stellar experience with Chamonix.

The shopping experience was good but using happy points was not easy and you can only apply one code per purchase. That should be explained much better.

I just submitted my order don’t know how the order was double but I order the monthly subscription. There for I did not need 2tubes of my order I only wanted 1 tube per month how do I fix this.

I love the products! My issue with the website is I couldn't figure out how to apply my points to the purchase, so I wasn't able to use them on this purchase.

I feel like this product is like Botox for my entire face instead of a targeted area. Love it

Genucel was recommended by Ben Shapiro and I am glad I followed up on the suggestion. I am enjoying the bundle of skincare products. I have recently relocated to the central plains from Phoenix. (What were we thinking?!) My skin was changing markedly and my former products were not cutting it. With Genucel’s Charmonix, my skin is responding with moisture again. I especially like the treatment for bagginess under the eyes.Great product! I am looking forward to my recent purchase of Hand Lotion and Eyelid Treatment. Easily found what I wanted and simple checkout

I love Chamonix skin care. Just want to say that up front. I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.
