Every time I try to take advantage of a promo code it never works. I would have ordered more of the larger sizes but the promo DEC22-30 and DEC22-40 did not work. So I settled for the 4 oz smaller sizes. This happened to me before with a previous promotion.

I ordered 3m promotion item and the extended 1 first one and charged me in full for the other ones

The products are great, but I really wanted to speak to a representative. Can't always call between 9-5 eastern time.

I ordered a Genucel tube for one time purchase. Just as the order was finished, there was an additional product was charged to me for something. I did NOT order this, I do not want it! I ordered one tube for $53.00 of the Genucel. If this is not removed immediately, I will never order anything from Chamonix again. This is dishonest!!!!!

Could not eliminate it from my order
All I wanted was the puff cream
Please remove the serum from my order

Me and couple friends were signed up for reorder unbeknownst to us, seems a bit unethical. Text messages everyday to buy product is much. I will but again because I like it, not so happy with hope y’all conduct business
