Apologies for the delayed response.

The operator has confirmed that in line with their terms and conditions, they will not be able to process the winnings that were generated with the deposits from a third party payment method.

As such we have requested the operator to refund all of the deposits that were made with the third party payment method.

We have been in contact with the operator and they have advised us that prior to releasing the sum of £4800.00, they will require some final documents to ensure they satisfy their legal and regulatory requirements, that the funds used by yourself to fund the account had been authorized by the co-sign on the account which we understand is your partner; the documentation that is required in this instance is as follows:

• A hand signed declaration from the Mrs. Hickson’s partner confirming authorisation for past and future use of card ending 4513

• A photo ID of Mrs. Hickson’s partner preferably a Driving License or Passport

• Mrs. Hickson’s partner photographed holding both the ID and Declaration

Once the above documents have been returned and verified, the operator will arrange for the funds to be promptly refunded.

I am awaiting my withdrawal request and I have no idea who to contact. Can someone please help with this matter. I have been awaiting my money since October 2021 prior to any knowledge about them losing their license or anything that has come out subsequently since. I am anxious, frustrated and scared as I have spent legitimate money earned by working hard on this site.

These scammers robbed me of £307.60 of legitimate winnings when I cashed out my winnings they found an excuse not to pay me. I’m pleased to hear they’ve had their license removed.

They just ignored me and i think for so big company it’s unprofessional
Ask for documents and then just ignore

I have been waiting since 11/9/21 and 12/9/21 for my withdrawals which are still in the waiting process.. I was asked to send verification of my drivers license which I sent and was told it had expired. I sent it away for renewal and received it back approximately 7/12/21 and since then I’ve sent the required information with no response on several occasions. There’s no other way to contact them except the email which I’ve had no reply to. I was owed £350 so hopefully they’ll do the right thing and release it but not holding much hope anymore.

I had £3000 withheld last year and sent…

I had £3000 withheld last year and sent documents in. Still would not process it. I asked earlier this year if it was still being held and no reply. Received the email saying to process withdrawal as the site was closing and got the bank to print me a statement which was duly sent to them. Since then I have had no acknowledgement of emails or chats.

You never sent me the swift copy and you lied to me it was wired on NOV 22, till date we have not yet received the payment and the bank also unable to trace the payment, last week I got a mail from you are processing the payouts this week but you are not at all responding for my emails and never sent the swift copy too its 1200 Pounds, Please send my payout and send the SWIFT copy. my bgobuddies account name is canism.

So..... It was a lie

So as it transpires, the emails sent by Bgo claiming to have processed the payments were lies designed to mislead. It's never taken this long for any type of payment to reach my account so don't bother fobbing me off. At least I have proof of your lies for the relevant bodies and regulators.

The really sad thing is it's only for 60 pounds. I feel sorry for anyone owed hundreds I think they can't and won't pay UK customers and my experience proves it.

I can confirm I received payment yesterday

O,k ....This site was advertised on T.V regularly and has a good rating here however......

BGO Entertainment Limited who own and operate the online casinos BGO Casino, Power Spins, Vegas Luck and Chilli Casino, have announced all online operations will cease on 31st December 2021.

This news follows that of their UK Gambling Commission operator’s licence being surrendered back on 22nd October earlier this year.

At the time a notice placed on the UKGC site concerning the suspension of BGO’s licence, stated: “The review and consequent suspension follows concerns that activities may have been carried out contrary to the Act, not in accordance with conditions of their licence and that the Licensee may be unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities.”

“Failing to protect consumers was a key consideration in the suspension decision.”

This news has been followed by an email communication sent out this afternoon by BGO’s affiliate program, informing their affiliate partners of the decision to close down all operations, with all gameplay and deposit functionality across all brands being disabled as of now.

This is in addition to BGO voluntarily surrendering their Alderney licence at the end of 2021.

The email sent out to BGO Buddies affiliate partners, reads: “We recently wrote to you to advise you that BGO Entertainment had it’s licence suspended and to remove all brands from UK facing sites. Since this notification we surrendered the UK licence.”

“After a lot of consideration, we have now taken the difficult decision to also cease activity in non-UK markets and we will be surrendering our Alderney licence at the end of the year. Ahead of this, we have blocked deposits and gameplay across all brands.”

“With the above in mind, we are writing to notify you that BGO Buddies will close on 31st December.”

“In what can only be described as the worst possible timing, we have also had to migrate to a new bank account and because of this we are having some issues processing affiliate payments.Please rest assured that all commissions due will be paid in due course. We are hoping to have the issue resolved early next week.”

“You may or may not know that BGO was founded by entrepreneurs who started out as affiliates. The decision to close BGO and it’s affiliate programme wasn’t taken easily. We want to thank you for your hard work over the years and wish you the best of luck for the future.”

I still have £50 in my account however…

I still have £50 in my account however I can not withdraw as I have a new bank account and it wont let me add new card.
I have looked for a phone number or email fo resolve this.. I will be taking this further if I have to.

The problem now they do not have enough cash to pay clients so all sister sites including BGO, Vegas Luck, Power Spins, 7 Casino all are in trouble to pay clients now.

THEIR PAYMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING MANY DAYS

Wont let me withdraw my money or add a new card. Sent a bank statement and they said they can't pay me because it doesn't have my address on it even though I have already verified my address and sent a second proof of address they have just ignored me request to get my money back

I have 6k winning that has been pending for more than a week. I have been verified,they got in contact asking for my last 3 months of bank statements first than about 3 days later asking for my last 3 months of PayPal statements. 12 days since I've sent out the last documents they ask for and still counting.Have spoken to live chat once but they've told me to wait as relevant team is looking at my query and they will respond directly. Also I've never been told how long does take to have my account reviewed, 12 days have passed and haven't been solved yet which is very frustrating. I know I can make a complain but i don't want to as i really enjoyed playing on BGO and I'm hoping to have my account review soon. I was surprised first time when I've been verified for bank statements, more than happy to say that it did takes only a day for that and I've wrote and 5stars review.. but this time, this experience has been absolutely awful.
