Holding back withdrawals.
I have over £5k winning that has been pending for over a week.
I have been verified way before that but once I decided to withdraw last week, they got in contact asking for all my bank statements and other documents which I duly obliged (within half an hour of getting these requests from them).
Have spoken to live chat everyday but always with the same response - relevant team is looking at your query and they will respond directly.
Also, was told the bank statement review could take up to 3 working days, which I understand, but then again 3 working days have passed and when I got in today again the same response they will get in touch when ready, which is very frustrating.
Been told I could raise a complaint, so I did but then they said it could take up to 3 working days to respond to my complaint.
I mean, it was supposed to be a quick check and itâs taking ages with no actual responses from the relevant team despite my several direct emails to them.
One more thing to add, I was allowed to deposit more money couple of days ago - which I subsequently lost - so why is it letting me deposit money and lose money but not letting me withdraw my funds?
Iâm hoping they would get in touch sooner than later as Iâm planning to raise a complaint via askgamblers so that they can help me get my money!
Such a shame as I was really enjoying playing on bgo but this experience has been absolutely awful.
