As a person who suffers from recurrent episodes of anxiety, Bien helped me regulate these feelings and be more in phase with my emotions with a better sense of self-control. I definitely recommend that people like me give it a try.

I recently tried microdosing with Bien, and it has been a transformative experience. On the days I microdosed, I found it much easier to focus for long periods, even on tasks I usually dislike, like admin work. It also provided me with clarity on my life goals and helped me plan for the year ahead. My creativity flourished, especially when organising events and choosing talents and event concepts - I felt more present and in tune with myself. Also loved tha i had the chance to talk to one of the owners Alice on the Bien Support , making my journey enjoyable and encouraging. Overall, I highly recommend Bien for anyone looking to enhance their focus and creativity!

I’m on my 3rd week of my first 6-week cycle with Bien’s Peace in Chaos and I’m so happy I gave it a try. Reduced the anxiety tremendously, I don’t feel being stressed when I have a tight deadline, when I need to speed up, I don’t feel anxious that I need to manage several
things at once. Before my normal daily state was feeling my heart beating all the way up to my throat.

And I’m very grateful that you can have a call with Alice before actually making a purchase and before starting the cycle - for someone who’s never microdosed it was very important to see the people behind this product, and to go through all the details several times.

I love the support. Before getting the micro dose, I had a call and felt very well informed and supported. This was also the reason I chose BIEN over other companies. It feels very personal and also very professional. Also during the microdosing, I could always reach out, got very answers very quickly and the support I needed. It feels very safe. Je ne suis qu’au début de ma cure mais je suis ravie des effets, je me sens plus apaisée, à l’écoute et en forme.
Je recommande fortement cette cure ! Et je recommencerais

J’avais besoin de trouver un complément pour m’aider à gérer des périodes parfois fatigantes et stressantes dans ma vie pro/perso.
Ça m’aide à rester focus, gérer les urgences sans me sentir débordée.
M’aide à relativiser sur des réactions que j’avais parfois excessives.
J’avais un peu peur au début mais je n’ai pas eu d’effet secondaire ni même de mauvaise sensation.
Je vous recommande de tenter l’expérience et vous pourrez faire comme moi en juger par vous même !

I'm absolutely in LOVE with Bien's product. I've tried other products during my microdosing journey, and nothing has quite gotten me on the flow like Bien does. The level of wellbeing, of overall peacefulness, tranquility and just a feeling of quiet pleasure throughout the physical body while on Bien is unmatched. It has helped me in my meditation journey, during my creative pursuits and overall it has aided me in creating distance with my habitual thoughts and patterns, enough to start showing up as who I truly want to be in every scenario. C’est une alternative très douce permettant d’évoluer et d’améliorer certains points de personnalité et de comportement: anxiété diminuée , concentration prononcée , apaisement sur des situations « stressantes » ou dérangeantes. Facile à prendre , aucun problème de digestion ou autre , aucun goût donc non impactant.

Je prends BIEN depuis quelques semaines dû à un changement d’activité et une mise en route d’un très gros projet professionnel. Je suis ravie du résultat. Et je suis surtout en pleine confiance puisque cela a été un process étudié , accompagné par des professionnels de la santé et il y a surtout une équipe à notre disposition si on a la moindre question. L’accompagnement est parfait.
