I'm finding it increasingly difficult to concentrate and perform certain tasks at work, especially when they can be long and uninteresting.
I used to start them and then not finish them...

I am very satisfied with my experience with Bien.Health. I was looking for new perspectives and a fresh outlook on life. I started Bien a month ago and my experience has been very positive. The team of Bien made me feel super safe. I adapted my micro dose, starting with smaller amounts, to test how it was affecting me. Bien has made me more present, less anxious.

It helped me with concentration and good mood in my work. On a free day it helps me do the stuff that resonate with my actual wishes (going into nature instead of doomscrolling for example) + it gives me that little extra energy. Because of this I feel more calm, less guilty, less anxiety and I feel more clear.
