There were very few photographs of the outside. The drop down menu for the number of guests doesn't allow for babies. It's hard to find the cottage again to share with others.

Booking went wrong and when I tried to

Booking went wrong and when I tried to amend it I kept being passed from Big cottages to Sykes cottages with no one taking responsibility. Awful experience

Hello Janet,

I'm very sorry to hear that you were having difficulty amending a booking and I sincerely apologise for this.

As we are just a listing agent, any cancellation or amendment requests are processed by the property manager which in your case would be Sykes Holiday Cottages.

Nevertheless we do take all customer feedback into account and the issues you have raised with us. I appreciate that you have supplied us with your contact details and I will be contacting you to discuss this further.

Kind regards,
Katie
