Great service from start to finish. Customer service was excellent and the boys had so much fun in the party bus on the way to their leavers festival. Would highly recommend! Thank you big baller bus!!

Big Baller saved the day for my daughter and 15 of her 10 and 11 year old friends. We were let down by another company for their Year 6 prom, and with only 2 hours to spare Big Baller came to the rescue in a big pink party bus. The driver was so friendly, helping the girls set up their music and taking lovely photos for them. We can't thank you enough!

Big baller limousine was booked for our family wedding. Our driver turned up on time and collected at the agreed time. We had smooth transport from home to church onto reception and home again. I would definitely use Big Baller again, highly recommended

My initial experience was very disappointing. I booked a limo for my son’s Year 6 prom, but due to mechanical issues it was changed to a party bus the night before. On the day, that also broke down, meaning the boys arrived late for their prom after being so excited.

I was refunded, but it didn’t make up for the disappointment, so I left a negative review.

However, talvin, the director, personally contacted me to apologise and offered the boys a complimentary party bus trip with sweets and drinks to make things right. Our driver, Imran, was also brilliant – friendly, polite and made the experience really enjoyable.

Things went wrong, but the company took responsibility and genuinely rectified the situation. Because of that, I would happily book with them again.

I booked a party bus for my best friend's hen do in February, for July 11th. I paid the total amount 3 weeks prior to pick up. I was chasing for confirmation and the day before pick up was told everything is fine and on track. 2 HOURS before pick up (11th July) I got a WhatsApp message to say my booking was cancelled due to a 'mechanical issue' and was told my refund would be processed 'immediately if it hadn't been done already' (strange as they did not have my bank details). The company then refused to answer any messages or calls until the 15th of July, when I asked a friend to call instead as it was clear they were avoiding me. They hadn't even processed my refund, as they didn't even have my bank details.
The company are a joke, they offered no alternative, lied about processing the refund immediately, and went completely silent (after pestering me constantly to book when I first enquired).
Do not book with this company, they are completely unreliable and made what should've been a very fun, exciting, special day extremely stressful.

Bus and driver were good. Driver very friendly and helpful. Was slightly late which caused some stress. Kids had a great time.

We hired the party bus to take us to roka and then had a return trip back home. We all had a fabulous time. From start to finish communication was fantastic, our driver was very accommodating. Will definitely be rebooking when our next big event is on.

Went the extra miles to ensure the kids had a great time.

Awful experience, impossible to get hold of anyone to start with and when I did finally manage to get hold of someone they was about as help of as a chocolate tea pot.
was late picking us up (1hr) but messaged me on the day to say if we departed 15 minutes late we would have an extra cost of £80+! No aircon, we was all sweating and I mean legit melting in the back of the pink party bus. No windows accept the two front side windows. Wait for around 20 mins for the man to find the control to use the tv/sound system. The glasses had already been use plus the rubbish of the party before us was left at the front or the party bus. We was running late to our planned event by over and hour and in the end had to be dropped off in the middle of a town with 12 peoples bags ( two of us had to leave the hen party and get a uber to the hotel with all the bags)
Awful awful awful is all I can say.

I used Big Baller Bus company as a last minute booking and I wish I found them sooner. The service from start to finish is one of the best we have experienced. I was kept informed at all times and they went above and beyond with service, comfort and style. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

Booked via WhatsApp and was able to easily ask all my questions and get answers promptly. On the day Imran, our driver, was there with perfect timing and was helpful and communicative all day. I booked this for a hen party where we went to various locations and the travel between places went smoothly thanks to Big Baller Bus. Would definitely recommend!!
