Very impressed by the whole service from start to finish - we booked for a last minute outing to London and the team accommodated us even at such short notice. The party bus was pristine and the sound system was very good and we were easily able to connect our own devices to the Bluetooth.

Everything was completed thoroughly and clear communication throughout. The team made it nice and easy for us throughout the journey there and back and ensured we were happy. So glad we picked big baller bus for my best friend’s surprise 30th!

Very disappointing experience. The bus arrived very late despite a confirmed 2:45pm booking they arrive at 3:10, which made us late to the party venue. We were also promised drinks that were never provided. For a child’s birthday, reliability is essential and sadly this service did not deliver.

I can’t recommend this company anymore. The service from start to finish was amazing! Such a lovely driver that took my daughter and her friends around, felt really comfortable and he made the Experiance perfect for them. The bus is amazing ! It was beyond what we expected ! Amazing service, will deff use again.

The service was outstanding it was delivered to a high standard . From the first day I completed the form online straight away I received a WhatsApp message from Chris with all information needed and good advice was provided on best véhicule to choose for my daughter’s 16th birthday party.
Our driver was polite , friendly and professional, he shared the estimated times of arrival with me on the day which I really appreciate it .
I will definitely recommend Big Baller Bus , I rate the service 10/10

Amazing experience, made my birthday really special. Driver made things seamless, and I was kept up to date on the status each step of the way. Logistically, everything I expected. Cant say the same about my friends singing tho. Would recommend always :)
