Hi GP,
Thank you for your feedback! Weâre glad you enjoyed the location of the home.
We apologize for the missing coffee filters and the missing curtains in the second upstairs bedroom. Weâve shared these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be addressed.
Regarding the dishwasher, weâd like to clarify that the home is not advertised as having a dishwasher, so while we understand your disappointment, it is not listed as an included amenity.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

The house perfectly suited our family
The house was perfectly suited to the needs of our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The dining table seated all of us every evening for our home cooked meals! Everyone was comfortable. If we found something amiss, BBCC corrected it. We could not have asked for a better setting for our fun reunion.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Weâre glad you enjoyed the beauty of the home, but weâre sorry to hear that the temperature made your stay uncomfortable and that the patio condition did not meet your expectations.
Weâd like to clarify that this home is not advertised as having air conditioning. Many homes in Big Bear do not have A/C due to the mountain climate and typically cooler evenings. We understand that warmer-than-usual temperatures can still impact comfort, and we appreciate your feedback.
We will also share your comments regarding the patios with our team for review. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another Big Bear stay.

The place needs to be revamped andâŠ
The place needs to be revamped and cleaned well. The carpet in living room was filthy, it hadn't been vacuumed. The sheets provided weren't clean (I found a stain on the bedsheets in the room). The sheets for the pullout bed had dog hair (gave me allergies). The orange pillow on the couch were stained with what looked to be blood.....

The whole experience was overall great
The whole experience was great. It was extremely easy to book and self check-in, check-out. The only downside was our cabin only had 2 fans for the 3 bedrooms. In summer, the temperature does get uncomfortable during the day and trying to cool down for sleep was cumbersome with having to move fans around because there weren't enough. Some of the window screens had significant holes, so we weren't able to fully open the windows either. Keep in mind if booking in summer.

Hi Andrea,

Two plus Two
The size of the cabin, tho small, was just what we needed: two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cabin was pristine when we arrived and was loaded with every kitchen item that we would need. This is our third time using this cabin. The back deck, tho small is large enough for four and the BBQ. Also, we found the neighborhood quiet!!

Just one complaint
Just didnât like the time restrictions on using the hot tub because thatâs why we paid extra for that experience and it was unfortunately limited. It has to do with the cities quiet our I believe which is out of their hands but a hot tub isnât loud

Big Bear Cool Cabins ããã®åç
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! Weâre glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you sharing your thoughts regarding the hot tub hours.
We understand that guests look forward to enjoying this amenity, especially when booking a home with a hot tub. The usage restrictions are set by local regulations regarding quiet hours and are outside of our control, but we appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for choosing Big Bear Cool Cabins, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing mountain getaway soon!
