Great way to see any city, and Dublin was great

Really enjoyed this tour and was great value for money. As a Dub doing the Dub tour I learned loads

First rate service your driver Declan very knowledgable and the odd song makes waiting in traffic pass by ‘would recommend your service to any traveller to Dublin as you offer three routes which include the Knight route .👍🤗

The cockney bus drivers knowledge was limited and his accent made it difficult to understand what he was saying at times (and I’m english! Goodness knows how those without English as a first language felt). The saving grace was our return journey when the driver was excellent. He was clearly a local with excellent knowledge and a great manner with customers

Provide starting point details clearly and how to get there from different locations in the city will be helpful to foreign tourists.
Prefer live commentary tour.

It was nice experience. I could travel on Red and Blue routes. I was able to make Night trip in one day.

48 Hr Premium Ticket.
Didn't start well as we had an over 30 mins wait for a red route, standing in the pouring rain. The audio commentary was so so but not quite loud enough. The app we downloaded was pretty useless. The map function was not very good and we found no way to access the real time bus info.
However after lunch, we boarded a blue route bus with Declan Tracey as our driver and guide who delivered a friendly, informative and humourous commentary worthy of 5 stars. Our final two journeys not so good- another digital commentary, then a live red route commentary but not as clearly delivered.

Excellent live guides/drivers. Staff at stops to help you figure out where to go and how to hop back on. Clean, not-crowded buses. Excellent experience.

The bustour was great. When we hopped of for ouwer last location, we asked the driver if it was right that the last bus would leave at that location at 18:35, as mangent in the flyer.He said be here at 18:20, the you be on time. We where there around 1800 houres. After contact the latest bus had left at 17:40.
We had to take a different drive. Is coastes is lots of time and money. So we were not amused

The bus driver Declan made the bus tour for us. He was so friendly, cheerful and approachable to everyone. He sang (fabulous voice), told jokes and explained every thing so clear.

Comprehensive tours, the live commentary on the blue route was much appreciated.

So I purchased my tickets online and was told I purchased the wrong ones and could not have my teenage daughter on unless I bought another ticket so that was frustrating then I understand the protest caused a problem with the routes and bus wait times so I was very happy when one of the guys in the red jackets walked us to the next stop and kept us posted on the next arriving bus because I had 2 small kids In the cold had I not had issues on the first day with my tickets I would’ve given the rating a full five starts honestly the amount of care the young man showed to help us and Other families made me give the big bus tour a 4 stars here I love the live tour guides but I was sad that of all the tours we have taken around the world this is the first time we’ve had issues.

Great trips and live commentaries were great. Only down side was the buses have no heating, so quite a cold trip, wrap up!

Very good experience. My family and i had a good time. Best bus drivers, they kept us entertained and gave us advice on were to go and how to get there. Would recommend it.
