it was the worst handover experience in my life of buying cars, after travelling for 5hrs. the address given for collection was wrong. then once I got to the correct place, i actually had to clean out a pile of leaves that were in the front bumper by rad. i left them on the floor when the sales guy came back he didnt seem to bothered. asked me to sign a form that he had pre ticked boxs. then got me to tax it and who to register it to. which had already been done, so its now taxed twice which I have to sort out. Then after waiting again he drove the car into the car park, walked back and passed me the keys and walked off. i actually had to ask him where the car was. not what I expect when paying over 100k

I purchased a brand new Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 from Porsche Centre Leeds, having previously bought another new Cayman from them.

Within 6 days of ownership, I reported a brake issue (spongy pedal, lack of initial bite and excessive travel). Despite this being raised almost immediately, it took nearly a year and 7 separate visits to Porsche Centres for the issue to be properly acknowledged and addressed.

During that time I was repeatedly told there was no fault, despite the issue persisting. This was particularly concerning given it related to braking performance and, in my view, had clear safety implications.

Only after significant escalation was the situation taken seriously. To their credit, Porsche Centre Leeds ultimately accepted rejection of the vehicle and provided a full refund of the original purchase price, along with a goodwill gesture from Porsche GB.

However, a nearly year-long process to resolve a fault reported within days of purchase — especially one affecting braking — falls well below what should be expected from a premium brand.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Porsche Centre Leeds.

My car had been experiencing an intermittent issue for quite some time, so I raised my concerns with Joe, Head of Business at Leeds Porsche.

I should add that I have previously received poor service from Porsche Leeds and had written a negative review. For that reason, I think it’s only fair to share my recent positive experience as well.

What could have been a very stressful situation was handled in an extremely professional manner. My car was taken into the service department while Porsche GB’s technical team assisted with diagnosing and repairing the fault.

Although the issue was ultimately resolved, I did seek some form of redress for the inconvenience caused. Joe responded very positively and offered me an excellent deal to upgrade to a new car of the same model, along with an immediate build slot.

Jonathan in the sales department was also extremely helpful throughout the process, providing clear communication and support at every stage.

I have now taken delivery of my new car and am very pleased with both the outcome and the level of service I received throughout the process. Credit where it’s due—this experience has restored my confidence in Porsche Leeds.

I had an excellent experience with Porsche Leeds. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were made to feel genuinely welcome by the friendly, helpful, and highly supportive staff. The level of customer service was outstanding throughout.

I especially enjoyed the test drive, which has left me seriously considering purchasing a 911 in the near future. The sales team made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable, regardless of my current stage in the buying process.

If you’re thinking about purchasing a Porsche, I would highly recommend visiting the Leeds showroom, you won’t be disappointed.

I have to say I have just experienced my very best car buying experience of my life. James Simpson at Porsche Leeds assisted me through every step of the order, order progression, ppf and of course the secret handover of a brand new 911 for our 20th wedding anniversary at Grantley Hall. It is with no hesitation I would thoroughly recommend Porsche Leeds and especially James for anyone, anywhere looking for a proper buying experience. Well done!!

The Porsche Centre in Leeds have always been outstanding with me. James is always welcoming and helpful, and the service team also do a great job.

Would not recommend going to Porsche in Leeds at all. After spending days trying to get a quote for a part to be supplied & fitted, i gave in. The staff are extremely rude and in any phonecall they transfer you at least 5 times. You are literally just sent round in circles with every member of staff fobbing you off and transferring you again. It is ridiculous.
I decided to call a RPM Specialist Cars in Knaresborough instead. The difference is unbelievable. From the initial phonecall to diagnosis & repair, everything was outstanding. Their customer service is a breath of fresh air in comparison to Porsche. The staff are very polite & friendly and their Porsche knowledge is seriously impressive. It was definitely worth driving further out and i will only ever go there from now on.

Having dealt with Porsche, Leeds for the past 9 years, I was very dissappointed with my last service experience.
I had had a pre-booked customer wait MOT at the Porsche Centre, York on 29 December that co-insided with the first vehicle MOT due date so I arranged an earlier appointment at Leeds just in case any attention was needed by the due date.
Sadly this this took much longer than anticipated and the vehicle was not moved from the customer parking area until well after an hour for a vehicle health check and then moved elsewhere to another JCT600 service facility for the MOT and eventually returned three and a half hours later.
No real explanation was given at the time for the delays other than that the vehicle was in a queue and the personnel on the reception desks seemed unaware what was going on until pressed to make enquiries after long waits.
I had emailed a formal complaint on 17 December but have received no response as yet, although a voice message was left the day after to say contact would be made the following week - nothing further!
I contacted Porsche Centre, Leeds again to renew the vehicle warranty and breakdown cover but there was nobody available in service to do this at the time, whereas Porche Centre, York where able to deal with it efficiently straight away.
I would have given this review 1 star, but increased it to 2* allowing for the disruption being caused in the early days of the major faciltiy upgrade taking place, however, customer service does need to be much improved in my experience.

George was fantastic and helped me with anything I asked of him. Always a pleasure visiting.

Amari Azam looked after me today, really helpful and very knowledgeable, top service from start to finish. Will be using again. 10/10

Excellent Friendly & helpful Service.
From help when building the spec of my car to changes (prior to production) nothing's been too much trouble. The car was ready ahead of time & has been nothing short now amazing since.

I recently brought my Porsche into the Leeds branch and, while the initial service seemed fine, my experience quickly deteriorated. I was offered a courtesy car—a very small Audi—despite requesting something more comparable in size to my Porsche 4x4, which I assumed would be covered under my warranty.

When I raised this concern, the staff member assisting me (Amari) became noticeably dismissive and unprofessional, appearing frustrated and looking to colleagues as if I was causing a problem. When I called out this behavior, I noticed a manager observing and laughing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I want to acknowledge that the male staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit. However, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Porsche has always been synonymous with professionalism, but this visit fell far short of that standard.

Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning to the Leeds branch. I hope Porsche takes note and ensures all staff uphold the high standards the brand is known for.

I can’t give less than 1 star but the one star is for Julie on reception so polite professional and helpful passing a message on to call us. However I rang twice to Parts and it rang, rang and rang. I was told I would get a call back which never happened. This is my first experience after purchasing a Porsche so I called Sheffield instead and it was like night and day! Can’t speak highly enough of their service - Leeds have lost my custom.

Having used other Porsche centres in the past and not having a great service, I decided I wanted to try Porsche Leeds and I met Amari who went out of her way to make sure I received an excellent service. Her customer service skills is really impressive

From the first initial fact seeking phone call to the car being delivered a few days later, all aspects of my experience with Porsche Leeds went perfectly. Patryk Barylski who I had all dealings with was excellent, very professional, answered all my questions instantly and quite frankly made the whole process a pleasure. From the start when placing the order for the Mecan T to hand over of the vehicle I can say the whole experience was excellent.
Every step was explained in detail and all my questions answered by Richard in full.
On arrival to Leeds showroom, to collect my new car, I was greeted with a friendly smile and my whole experience was made special.
I was made to feel like a really valued customer.
Nothing was too much and they even went over and above to help me with my App issues, which was resolved by Kieran at Leeds.
