Bus fuhr nicht nach Route und es hat dauert Haft gepiept.

Horrible un tour de 1h à peine

Stehe gerade an der mitgebrachten Rundfahrt auf der Saine. Die um 10:00 Uhr starten sollte. Noch keine Abfahrt in Sicht. Wenn man so wie ich um 12:30 Uhr deine weitere Attraktion gebucht hat, ist es extrem wichtig, dass Zeiten zuverlässig angegeben werden.

Booked the tour for the day. We started at the eiffel tower and needed to return there. It was about 430 when we boarded to make our way back but at 5pm the bus driver stopped and said they were done for the day and made everyone get off. He just dumped us. I am not familiar with Paris and it was dark so it was very upsetting. We had to get an uber back to our starting point which took 40 minutes and cost about $50. I would never use this company again. This is absolutely terrible to strand people. Especially when they advertise that their buses run until 8pm and it was only 5! Use a different company that will care about your welfare.

Another good experience with Big Bus Paris. Buses came regularly and we had no problems hopping on and off throughout the day. We also had a nice experience on the river boat. Although cold the weather was dry and sunny so was sad that many buses were not open top.

Kaartje voor 24 uur gekocht, blijkt dat je voor 5-en in de laatste bus moet zitten om bij eindstation terug te komen, dit wordt niet vermeld. Stonden bij halte ruim halfuur te wachten rond 17.30, 20.00 kwam er een bus hierin mochten we niet meer instappen. Na overleg met chauffeur werd gezegd blijven staan en wachten, er kwam echter niets... Sta je met vier jonge kinderen onder de 10. In bus zelf werken de koptelefoon ook niet altijd.

We had tickets for the Big Bu in Paris for Tuesday September 26,2023. We were going to get on at the d’Orsay stop #4 at approximately 10:30 am. The first 2 busses were completely full. Finally got onto the third bus over 45 minutes later. It was difficult to find the right language. The information on the points of interest were good.

The worst hop on hop off in the world.
Never never never on time. Generally about 30 to 45 mins late. Very few busses and therefore packed and no seats to listen to audio.
Some drivers are so uppish and rude, gets off and talks to people.

Such a waste of a day in Paris.
Wasted majority of.the day waiting for the bus.
We saw other busses from different companies running regularly and more frequently and with people seated.
Will never take big bus again ever!!

Very poor service. They dont allow kids stroller entry from back eventhough there is not enough space for stroller from front gate of bus.

Ce 22 août à 15h30, je m'apprête à prendre le bus n°89 à l'arrêt Rennes / Raspail. Je me mets à courir pour rattraper le bus mais il ne s'arrête absolument pas à l'arrêt de bus en me voyant courir. Je le rattrape au feu rouge juste à côté de l'arrêt, et j'ai tapé sur la vitre mais le chauffeur a refusé de me laisser entrer. C'est insupportable

Très déçu par les vendeurs qui nous ont menti sur l’heure de fin car on a été plusieurs à se retrouver au terminus à 18h avec mes enfants a de nombreux kilomètres de notre point de départ, nous avons été obligé de prendre un métro. Les chauffeurs pas agréables
En clair très cher pour la prestation

Very aggressive driver, who threatened me, my 3 kids (2 months old, 4yo and 8 yo) and my 65 yo mother.
The bus driver stopped the bus in the middle of the Concorde, went up on the deck looking for me and started to yell at me while my 2mo in the baby carrier on my lap. In addition to leaving the bus without driver in the middle of a busy street, the lack of respect and agressivity of this driver was extremely stressful for me, my kids and my mother.
All of this situation was triggered by mistake in the “grand palais bus stop” where a note was hung informing that this stop was closed and replaced by a stop in front of Le Petit Palais.
We raised 2 claims on their website but no follow up from Big Bus tour.
Very disappointing and stressful experience.

So wir haben eine Hoponoff Tour durch Paris gebucht. Der erste Bus hatte nen pfeifenden Keilriemen, das Pfeifen wurde immer lauter... Nach 1std ist das Fahrzeug stehen geblieben. Nach dem Umsteigen in den 2ten Bus gings dan nach 45min weiter. Bei diesem war ein Stossdämpfer vorne so defekt, das die schläge bis nach oben sehr heftig waren. Der dritte Bus hatte dan das gleiche pfeifen im Motor wie der erste... Ach ja das Soundsistem für die Stadtführung hatte bei allen drei störungen, selbst die sprache umgestellt, lautstärke nicht regelbar, wackelkontakte bei zweien. Ich rate von dieser Firma ab!!

We payed $118 for a bus and boat tour for 2 people. It was such a bad experience. We got to the first stop so we could get on the bus, and the line was so long that people were trying to cancel there tickets. The busses are supposed to come ever 7-15 minutes and that was not the case at all. We decided to walk to another location after waiting for a bus for over 30 minutes. Once we went back later in the day the busses were better and we had a good time.
We went to do the boat tour that we payed for. What they don't tell you is that you need to go to the other side of town to get tickets at a place that closes early. Why they can not use the same tickets from the bus or the one on our phones make 0 sense. The website did not say anything about the different tickets. The communication and information on the website is not good. I would not recommend for the price.

Not sure how to sum it up but a big waste of time. Buses take forever to get to location and when they get there, way to many people trying to get on. So it's almost faster in some cases to just walk from one location then take this. Save your money...Want to add more, we looked at the website to get our cruise ride and the directions tell you to go to stop 8, however, fails to mention you have to go back to stop 2 in order to collect cruise ticket. Waste of money.

Amazing tour i was really nervous of using the public transport so this was a excellent way to see Paris and the sights . I would definitely recommend waiting for the top deck. We had to wait for 3 buses to come before we could go on the top deck. But it was 100% worth the wait the veiws are spectacular. You get really close to the Eiffel tower Arc de Triomphe . We didnt hop off and on but choose to stay on the bus. But lot of people do we was quite happy to sit on the bus and take in the views. Highly recommended the Big Bus company

Wir waren am 18.05 mit der Familie in Paris mit dem BIGBUS unterwegs. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Beschreibungen der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super gemacht. Kinder und wir waren begeistert - Jederzeit wieder !!

Terrible, no stop announcements, our stop missed completely. Compared to Hop on zHop off in Barcelona, second rate. Maybe another one in Paris is better.

at 18;00 we were at stop #10 Opera Garnier waiting for the bus. When bus arrived driver told us that he was done for the day. He actually asked people that were at the bus to get down and when asked if additional buses were coming simply said “I dot know “ and just left!!! Since we did not know status of additional buses we had to take a taxi back to the hotel and did not finished our tour. Driver was very rude and should have been able to provide information and not leave customers stranded!
