We came from Disney land with the car, there is a parking just infront of the Notredame. And once you come out of the parking you will find a souvenir shop and infront the stop called Notredame.

Once the bus arrives you can buy the tickets from the bus driver. Very easy.

We went in march Too cold for the open top.

Audio needs some loving tender care. Cause sometimes the headphones don't work.

But all in all it was worth it. It will get you to the best locations in Paris

Ps: Every first sunday of the month all museums are free in Paris

Including going up Arc De Triomphe alot if stairs but worth the view

Fatal, nos han timado. Me vendieron el ticket de bus de 2 días con bus nocturno y entrada a barco. Cuando llego a coger el primer bus me dice que hoy y mañana estaba cerrado el barco y que mandara un mail a la empresa. Así lo hago. La respuesta es que yo he disfrutado de todos los tickets cuando ni siquiera fuimos al bus nocturno ya que hacía tanto frío en el bus por el día que decidimos no ir por la noche. Más de 100€ tirados a la basura para dar una vuelta solamente una vez en un bus VIEJO donde apenas te cuentan nada. Se repiten 4 canciones sin parar y hablan súper poco. Te cuentan 2 cosas si llega de cada sitio. He subido a buses donde no paran de contarte cosas durante todo el trayecto. Me han estafado totalmente en esta compañía ojalá me leáis y no los contratéis.

Catastrophique ! Le tour de nuit est totalement inintéressant vous vous gelez dans le bus même à l'intérieur avec pour seul commentaire la même chanson de Charles Aznavour qui passe en boucle. Le chauffeur s'arrête pour fumer sans prévenir ni préciser quand il repartira... Nous avons quitté ce bus comme beaucoup de passagers avant la fin du circuit car nous n'en pouvions plus. A déconseiller. Mérite un large détour 🤢🤢

Tour très bien, bonne vue depuis l'étage supérieur où l'on est même (relativement) protégé du vent. Commentaires amusants, et principe hop on-hop off bien pratique. En période post-covid, les circuits ont été réduits à une seule route (la rouge), dommage!
Par contre, le système de billet est vraiment tordu et mal fait: l'achat en ligne ne donne pas de ticket (pas possible de scanner le QR sur mobile) mais il faut demander au préposé de vous imprimer un ticket papier avant de monter pour la première fois dans le bus.
Et si vous optez pour l'offre combinée avec les Bateaux Parisiens, alors là c'est carrément infernal. A partir du 1er ticket papier il faut faire la queue à la caisse des bateaux pour obtenir un 2nd ticket papier pour ensuite refaire une 3e fois la queue pour monter dans le bateau. En 2020, pourquoi ne peut-il pas y avoir un QR sur le mobile que l'on scanne directement ? :-o

No lo recomiendo. Cogimos el de dos días para aprovechar el día y medio que estábamos en París. El segundo día no pudimos usarlo, estuvimos más de 1h esperando en la parada número 5 del museo del Louvre y no vino ningún autobús,sin embargo pasaron 4 de otra compañía. Escribimos al chat y sin respuesta, al Facebook y al Instagram y lo mismo, nadie nos contestó. Íbamos con niños y no pudimos usarlo, 197€ tirados a la basura. No hay servicio de atención al cliente.
No tienen autobuses suficientes disponibles. NO LO COMPREIS NUNCA!! HAY MIL EMPRESAS MÁS QUE SÍ TIENEN AUTOBUSES DISPONIBLES.

We had a great time ... yes the bus was full during covid times but it's summer in Paris - it was an excellent day for us! The bus narration was very good and the cruise was delightful ... all & all ... we saw tons of beautiful areas we'd never been able to see on our own.

Well worth the day ...

l’expérience était plutôt bien , une balade découverte parisienne avec mes petit enfants , cela dit si je me projette en tant que touristes étrangé découvrant les champs Élysée , le commentaire audio ne va pas me donner une super image de la france, le commentaire nous parle de l’élection de Nicolas Sarkozy et de son passage au Fouquet's et de sa non réélection , ainsi que les marques étrangeres qui investisent sur cette avenue . perso je n'ai pas compris et j'ai trouvé les commentaire de cette partie vraiment hors sujet pour promouvoir paris . vous pouvez me contacter si besoin

Nous avions acheter pour le week de la pentecote nos billet sur le site, mais sur place service indisponible...
nous avons essayer de joindre le service commercial au n° indiqué, et l'on nous a raccrocher 6 fois au nez. De ce fait nous n'avons pas put prendre le bus
depuis j'essaie de me faire rembourser mes tickets mais là encore pas de réponse. Pire le site refuse ma réclamation.

Un bon moyen de faire un rapide tour de Paris et des fondamentaux à voir au moins une fois

My friend and I went on their tour around Paris and we had the worst experience. The prerecorded system on a bus which gives a commentary throughout the tour was not working properly if at all,and we changed our seats three times because we thought it would be better someplace else, so out of the whole tour we maybe got 1/10 of the running commentary about the places we saw. We also noticed that other people on board had the same problem. The ticket is not cheap even if you buy it online, so they should not afford a mistake like this. Very disappointed and strongly advise you against this company.

Impossible de mettre ZÉRO, c’est pourtant mon ressenti.
Arnaque totale, fuyez, marchez, prenez un bus de ville, le métro ou un taxi...
Le coronavirus n’excuse pas tout et surtout pas la malhonnêteté !
Ce 5 août à Paris, la bus n’est tout simplement pas passé à 9h30 comme indiqué à l’arrêt 1 mais à 10h15... un vendeur non francophone vous explique (Trop tard !) que la Fréquence des bus sera de 30 minutes si tout va bien, que le circuit bleu est purement et simplement supprimé (adieu Montmartre) et que le 1er ne passera qu’à 10h et le dernier a 17h !
Impossible donc d’utiliser ce bus dans de telles conditions, sauf à n’avoir réservé aucune visite et rester planté dans le bus que vous aurez eu la chance de trouver !
Le service commercial est déplorable et invoque les embouteillages (faux et archi faux, trafic parfaitement fluide)
La réalité est que cette compagnie moribonde ne fait circuler que 4 bus pour ses trop rares clients, et refuse de rembourser les billets non utilisés du fait de leur carence de service.
Scandaleux et indécent !
Je tiens à disposition copie de mes billets, de ma réclamation Du jour même et de la réponse De big bus !

We purchased Dulux tickets which included a night tour to be taken over 2 days. We validated our tickets on the 30th Dec and planned to do the night tour on NYE. We then found out that the tour was cancelled and as we were leaving the next day we applied for a refund. The company refused initially saying we had a chance to go on the 30th, I replied that the tickets were for 2 days and not 1. They then come back and said that it was posted on there website. (whether they did or not I will never know......but I doubt it). I had no need to look at the website thinking everything would be ok.We were customers of there company, they had our email address and they should have notified customers by email. There were no notices on the bus, there staff should have been advised to let there customers know. It wasn't until the 31st we ask a staff member a question about the night tour that we found out it was cancelled......company willing to take your money but not look after there customers........disappointing end to our stay in Paris

I booked a tour through the BigBusTours main centre in Paris. This tour was then cancelled due to strikes I was not notified, I arrived and was told it was cancelled that destroyed one whole day as we were waiting for this tour then to rock up and it be cancelled. I was then told I would be refunded straight away by big bus and they took my ticket. It has now been 3 weeks of me trying to get through to them for a refund of €120 and they have assured me I would get a refund. But each person has told me differently. I then had to email them, what was happening and they got back to me saying it’s not refundable. This is ridiculous I payed for a service that wasn’t provided.

Then don’t get me started on the hop on hop off bus. We had a booking for the louvre so we thought we would use the big bus to make it there and catch the first bus that was meant to arrive. This bus never came and we stood there with other people for over a hour with no bus arrive. We then had to use other transport to make it there on time.

Very disgusted in the service.
