Best way to see Paris

First live guide brilliant a young lady. Second time guide awful just sat with his feet up in chair and looked half asleep. We switched to the recorded commentary for that trip which was really good.

Thieves and liars

Thieves and liars! I booked the wrong tickets and was advised that if I booked the correct tickets they would refund the tickets booked in error. The refund would take 20-25 days, no refund and no response to my requests for an update. The bus tour was very average and the information was outdated. There are probably better tours, don't waste your money.

Excellent way to view Paris and so


Excellent way to view Paris and so easy. We booked online and were able to exchange our voucher for the bus tickets at the bus stop we wanted to get on at unlike some of the other sightseeing bus tours. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

More needs to be done to ensure people know where to get on these buses it’s very poorly explained.

The philosophy behind the Bus tours is good but I think more needs to be done to ensure passengers know exactly where to get the bus from. We had trouble the first day trying to find the appropriate stop for the red route and had to enquire several times before we found it.

Day two (blue route) was a nightmare we got off the bus to see Sacre Coeur and never managed to get back on the bus because we could not find the stop at all. We ended up walking to Gare du Nord and getting the metro back to the Louvre. We were very disappointed and we certainly did not get our money’s worth for Day two. The app was not very good either for showing the stops and only gave a very general over view where to get the buses

Sitting waiting

The bus stopped for 15 minutes at the first 3 stops. To allow more customers to buy tickets I can only assume. There was no driver change. This meant we spent nearly the first 4 stops with less than 10 minutes driving and 45 sitting still

We didn’t have to wait long to get back on a bus. All of our drivers were friendly and were good drivers.
