I can’t understand why this company would have 4 stars! They are absolutely horrible, spend most your time in traffic and public transportation in Paris is far better because they stop IN FRONT of the monuments whereas the hop on and of drops you way past the monument so you have to WALK BACK at least half a mile! Don’t buy if you are visiting Paris in the summer. Heat is unbearable to walk from where the bus drops you! I purchased an additional day when I picked up my Paris pass at the Paris pass office, I could not use because they failed to tell me I had show the pink receipt and not the Paris pass card which I was using to get on the bus for 2 days and directed me to big bus for my complaint even though I purchased from them. The bus staff won’t let us on and very very rude and not willing to call the office to help us! Seriously who would lie about that to get on a bus and be in traffic! I wrote several times to big bus and they never replied! I want my 40 euros back! DISHONEST COMPANY AND RIPOFF! I will keep posting so people don’t have the same experience!

Cannot fault at all. Regular buses made sure is saw all of Paris (i got off at every stop) even extended my ticket for another day so i could make the most of the 2nd Montmarte route and other bits i had missed on the main route. Lovely just sat on top deck in the sun with a breeze seeing Paris. Highly recommended.

Le circuit pourrait être modifié. .et une toile pour le soleil par canicule. ...
Le personnel Remarquable et les commentaires SUPER enfin quand ils correspondaient au bon monument. .
A recommander mais prix très et trop élevé. ..plus de 100 euros pour 3 personnes avec 1h bloqués à l'Opéra.

Everything was amazing all the driver were really kind.

Although the price is high, the service was nice and the drivers very oriented to customer sevice

Big Bus tours is a complete rip off. We never received our tickets electronically so were not able to participate in the tour. Also, the weather in Paris reached 109 degrees on our designated day (the hottest temperature ever recorded there) and yet Big Bus was unwilling to refund us our prepaid amount. This is shameful and unforgivable. I will never use them again.

Purchased tickets on line twice by accident. Went to ticket ticket office and explaine error. Gentleman there said to come back in 15 minutes and he will have processed credit. Thought all was ok. But still see NO CREDIT on my acct.

This was one of the worst big bus experiences we’ve had. Air-conditioners were not working, we had to wait multiple times for several buses because there were too many people in line at Stops.

We, family of 4- enjoyed the Big Bus expérience in Paris.
Great audio description, hardly any waiting time at the bus station.
Only con’s - we would have enjoyed USB charger for our mobiles, as we all ran out of battery by the end of the day.

The Night Big Bust Tour is amazing. The sites are great as was our driver. I would recommend doing the night tour. Our guide made sure we saw the Eiffel Tower sparkle.

Well-organized tours, and the busses were easy to find. The live English-speaking guide as well as the recorded tour were both very good. Got new headphones to use on the bus.
We did the Seine cruise at sunset and that alone is worth the price.
The busses in July were hot, so be aware not to plan on air conditioning.

Really bad experience. Awful customer service. We had to wait for almost an hour for the second route in the middle of pouring rain.
They ignore almost hundred of us who were asking them about the buses or a place to wait for it. When the bus finally showed up, we were fighting to hop on it. We were 3 adults, but imagine the families with kids or elderly people??
Very, very disappointing, We wished we had taken the other company.

Good tour - interesting commentary, but far better live than recorded!! Good route on red line, but Paris traffic mid-week is horrendous, so making it a long tour, especially in the heatwave we experienced! Bit, could certainly recommend!

Paris is such a great venue for a service such as this. The buses we rode on were very crowded (understandable given the time if year) and there was disorderly boarding. There were a number of Big Bus representatives at major stops but were passive - having active marshalling of passengers at popular stops would add order. Also, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a blue route bus to arrive.
