Great way to see the city of Rome

Buena puntualidad, recorrido interesante, buen servicio. Debería quedar claro que la entrada a catacumbas no entra en el billete, solo el traslado hasta alli. Y lo único a mejorar es que olvidamos el ticket premiun del segundo día, en el hotel, que estaba a 13 kms, y no nos pusieron ninguna solución, actuando de forma intransigente...me parece increíble que con los avances digitales de hoy en día, no se pudiera consultar y hacer otro ticket, cuando les constaba que el día anterior habíamos presentado el bono. Pues tuvimos que coger dos transportes para regresar al hotel y coger el ticket. Vergonzoso.

Buses not super comfortable and no air conditioned section. Some sights very far from the bus stop. Not great value for our family. Audio guide was fine.

We enjoyed most of the tour. The top of the bus was burning hot in the first few rows. It is worth doing if your time in Rome is limited.

Muy mal servicio, se estropeó el autobús y nos bajaron 30 minutos más tarde, para que cogiéramos un taxi por nuestra cuenta a las 22,30 horas Como indemnización solo abonaron el precio del billete, pero no el gasto de los taxis, en nuestro caso tuvimos que coger 2, pues éramos 5 personas y además no conocíamos la zona.
Otro día cambiaron el lugar donde coger el bus y los propios trabajadores, no tenían la información. Es un desastre de organización

I paid a fair sum for the tour and despite the rain with thunder which ruined my photoshoot, and the fact that I arrived early asking them to change the time they blatantly refused. Would not recommend to give them business as they are a greedy business without regard for reputation or service.

Great bus company.. routes/maps accurate.. great customer service.. easy to use.. we were lucky enough to use the bus with roof cover, very muchly needed in the hot weather

Very good tour. The audio guide was excellent and very clear.

The tour guide on the bus should explain the stop and the sites and direction to the sites before getting off the bus. No such information was provided.

2 to 3 more stops (Villa Borghese, Piazze Venezia) would be excellent.

Easy to use. Lots of good stops, I was pleased

Very convenient, I would give 5 stars if they would have removed the canvas top from the busses. The busses go by and stop and many historic locations. Having the canvas top removed from the busses would allow you to get breathtaking views and pictures.

Very convenient. A great way to see almost everything without having to walk miles. I’m only sorry that it didn’t include a closer Vatican stop (stops across the street, on other side of river), and doesn’t stop at St. Paul’s outside the walls and St. John Lateran. Regardless of this, if you want something easy, reliable and convenient, this is definitely the way to go. I’ve done this bus in Munich, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and Dublin and they were ALL wonderful.

Considering the hot weather in Rome it would be much better to have air conditioning or ventilation. Audio track should be synchronised to the location, comments were difficult to follow.

Had a great time. Just a reminder that the purple line is not included in the basic ticket.

overcrowded buses, standing with no place to plug in audio in non air conditioned bottom of bus, this was the case for every time we got on bus then wait until next stop and try to race up to catch a vacated seat. Lines at vatican waiting for 2 or 3 buses. After finally getting to top level bus blew a tire. No anouncment to get off bus just sat there. Finally people started getting off because it was hot and we waited for next full bus to arrive and then the next...what a zoo, totally unorganized. I bought a 2 day pass online...what was I thinking, never again!

Excellent hop and off bus... they come on a regular basis ... not long to wait. The purple route to the Catacombs is a bonus. The night tour is worthwhile.

Bigbustours/Rome was a great way to start off our vacation in Rome. The Bus was a great value for the money and was convenient and always available with very little wait time. We also bought at tour of the st. Sebastian catacombs for 10 Euros that was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Bigbus Rome.

Todo muy bien, salvo que debería haber una parada entre la 6 y la 7 (en Plaza del Popolo).
