Night tour was great! Rome in the day is beautiful but at night even more so.

Great way to see Rome, friendly, helpful staff

This is the best way to get around! There were two stops that were a quick walk from our hotel (in Rome). Each stop has a company rep which makes it easy to ask questions. We just had to show our ticket every time we got on. We like to do the entire loop then decide which place to spend more time in.
We booked our tickets online ahead of our trip.

Great way to get around the city. Always had great seats. Good commentary too

This was the baddest hop on hop off bus i have ever made. We have to wait more then 30 minutes in every station. In this time other bus companies buses stopped five times.
On the blue line drived only 2 busses.

Excellent. I love a hop on hop off, it really gives you the feel of the city that you are visiting and some interesting facts about the place and a good way to get your bearings of where you want to visit.

We bought a two day pass while in Rome. This gave us an opportunity to use the Big Bus more - see all the attractions including the catacombs. Staff was friendly and informative. We sat on the top open deck and had a great view. Earphones were plugged in and we listened to the informative site descriptions. Very pleased with the experience.

He usado Big Bus en varias ciudades. Me gusta por su App, te avisa por donde viene el bus y las próximas estaciones. Sin embargo no me gustó que no llega al Vaticano. Te deja súper lejos y el Vaticano es lo un paseo imprescindible, mi sorpresa es que hay otra empresas que prestan el mismo servicio que si entran a ciudad Vaticano.

Excelente experiencia! Los buses limpios y siempre en horario. Los asesores en cada parada muy amables para evacuar consultas y ayudar. Efectué los dos recorridos diurnos, muy buenos ya que te permiten conocer los puntos más importantes y ubicarte en esta ciudad.
Lo único que no logré que funcionara el wifi del bus.

On Friday the 26th April, my family waited for more than and hour from 5:15 PM near Colosseum take bus back to termini station, but the Big Bus never came. In that duration we saw other buses like Green line/Pink colored ones stopping and passing by.
We finally had to take metro train to come back.

I have used Big Bus tours on lots of occasions and have found it an excellent way of seeing the city and allowing me to get off and explore. The down side is that I have never been able to use the 10% off because the offer expires too quickly. I was in Vienna in December and the offer expired in March too soon for my visit in April. As a teacher I dont get the freedom to choose my holiday times and would like to have an offer that I could use, as I visit lots of European cities. Having already visited Paris Prague,Budapest, Florence and Pisa in the last few years. I am looking for a company that will reward me for my custom.

perfectly arranged with friendly staff

Just spent an hour in rain waiting for a bus. We watched five (5) City Sightseeing buses pass by to load passengers. Many other reviewers on other sites have noted the same experience. When we finally boarded, we couldn't get seats. Big Bus had better get their act together.

Overall Big Bus Rome tour was good and staff friendly but stops were too few and it was difficult to get to certain attractions e.g. Pizza Navona, Pantheon etc. from the stops.
The full tour takes about 2 hrs but it has only 8 stops and although we had two day tickets, we still had to use cabs to get to a couple of places.
We have used Big Bus tours in San Francisco, Paris and London so this was not as convenient as those.
