Received wrong size trampoline cover
I ordered the 14ft trampoline padding and cover set. I received a 14ft pad but got a 10ft cover with it! Seems like a basic mistake which should have been spotted but I have now received a 14ft replacement cover - so okay in the end. Thank You.

Great speedy service & reasonable pricing
Can’t fault the service in any way, ordered a water polo training ball to boost my son’s spirits in lockdown as training is cancelled. It arrived when expected and the cost was reasonable. Happy boy as a result!

Big Game Hunters
Two of our basketball hoop supports had rusted through at the base; Rose at Big Game Hunters was really helpful and upon receiving photos of the affected pieces, sent out replacement parts at no cost. This was the second Bee Ball Optimum hoop I have had from them and they have been true work horses, getting a daily battering from my two basketball mad teenagers, especially through the lockdown. Highly recommended company and product.

Terrible avoid this company!
Terrible avoid this company.
I purchased an item from big game hunters and after 5 days of it not being delivered I chased for delivery. I was told to give it another seven days. I did so and chased again only to be told that it has been lost in the system and do a google search to find another retailer selling the item. Three weeks this ordeal took and then the icing on the cake was it will take days to process the refund to me. Shocking customer service and in this digital age I find it hard to believe they lost the item and couldn’t do a same day refund. Avoid.

We are very sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received from Big Game Hunters.
During the current Covid-19 crisis couriers are experiencing high levels of demand with lower capacity so unfortuantely in some cases delays - and in your case misplacement - can be an unfortunate outcome. Although this is extremely unusual our customer service team are also working on lower capacity with higher demand and they are doing their very best to deal with all enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With regards to your refund - our team would have processed this straight away, the delay is all down to the commmunication between our banks and it can be immediate or in some cases take a few working days. This is just the banking system and unfortunately out of our control. We wouldn't intentionally delay a refund and to suggest that the banking system timing indicates poor customer service is very disappointing.
