Great service and that's during the Covid19 going around when you can expect a slower less communicated process. It was all smooth and without a fault. Wish I ordered rest of my outdoor children toys from BGH.

BEE-BALL PRO BOUND ZY-015 BASKETBALL STAND, I bought this for my son as soon as we heard school was closing. It is big, sturdy and very good quality It can grow with him as he is currently small, (11 Years old ) Needs quite a lot of space, has a large back board and my son is generally very very happy with it. I ordered the item but did not pay for next day delivery, but was very lucky and it came within a day. So big thumbs up there.

Order arrived is few days. Very efficient service. Hopefully the basketball hoop will help keep us all active during this lockdown period.

I ordered this at the start of the lock down and understandably big game hunters were VERY busy

That said I received an email explaining there may was a delay due to demand

The GREAT news was it was the ordered was shipped and delivered within 48 hours and my 11 year old has been beating me at netball every day since

We wanted something to keep the children entertained/occupied in a small garden and ordered the company’s smaller giant jenga. It came quickly and is good quality. Thank you so much to the staff at the company (not to mention the delivery team); we are very grateful.

Fabulous trampoline, my little girl loves it. Instructions weren't very clear so when you put it up, please have at least 3 or 4 hours to spare unless you have built one before and I would recommend having at least 2 adults to build it, but 3 would be easier. However once it is built, it's a very sturdy trampoline, definitely worth the money and can see it lasting many years to come

Big Game Hunters themselves were great, the order was processed quickly and I received timely information e mails. The delivery company they used, however, were not good. My package failed to arrive several times to the extent that I was worried that it would miss the special birthday it was meant for. The app I was asked to download to track the delivery was not updated enough and they would not accept queries form customers who had good coming.I had to phone Big Game Hunters several times to enquire about my delivery. They were very helpful though and the delivery did arrive in the end just in time. That experience , however, would put me off using them again.
