Excellent customer service and knowledge on product. Delivery time was excellent.

I have not yet used the Jumbo Brick Tower. The weather has been too bad to try outside!!
However, it was dispatched very quickly and I was informed where it was and when it was being delivered.
Excellent service and am sure the game will be the same.

I went online to buy a Bee-Ball Optimum Basketball Stand at £349.99 including free delivery to U.K. Mainland. I tried to go to Checkout only to find that they had added £almost £48.00 for delivery to Aberdeen the oil capital of Europe and third largest City in Scotland! We are very much mainland U.K. There are many carriers who would easily include Aberdeen in their delivery areas at no extra charge but when I called Big Game Hunters they adopted a couldn`t care less attitude and refused to put me through to senior management to discuss their options to improve their services to Scotland. How can the United Kingdom remain United when such victimisation is allowed to continue?

I paid standard delivery however Order arrived next day within the time slot.

My young boys love the tyre and rope! It’s perfect for football skill practice and swinging! Well made, and excellent service.

I was provided with a faulty item initially so I got in touch with them straight away. The response was swift, pragmatic and above all left me with a feeling that my custom was important to them. I had a replacement item within 3 days of sending an email (a basketball ring in this case).

I've found that the measure of decent company is not just how often they get things right (no one's infallible after all), but also what they do about it when they don't. The customer service in this case was exceptional and so I would thoroughly recommend them.

We received the Optimum Pro basketball as a Christmas gift. Due to the couriers mishandling the packages, some of the items were damaged en route. I contacted customer service and they promptly emailed a reply and replaced the damaged item within a couple of days. I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Big Game Hunters.

Ordered a trampoline cover to replace tan old one that was torn. Paid for standard delivery but was amazed to see it delivered the day after I had ordered. The trampoline cover is exactly what I wanted. It fits perfectly and the material is much thicker than I expected. Absolutely brilliant service and product.

This was bought as a Christmas gift (2019). Initial thoughts it is definitely value for money but will get back after Christmas with reflections from my two grandsons.

Worried about the quality of the board and took a leap of faith after being unable to get adequate answers from them to my questions but it was unfounded. Checked out the details of this board from other suppliers but decided to stick with it. Well finished. Delivery was very quick - the next day in spite of not picking that. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service for my first order today. I ordered an item, paid extra for next day delivery as stated on the main website. Then got an email stating that it won’t come tomorrow, it will be Saturday. I phoned an spoke to a lady called Kim who was unhelpful, unsympathetic and downright rude.
I need the item tomorrow, that’s why I paid for express delivery. She would not cancel the order, and did not consider offering any options such as contacting the courier and seeing if they could expedite a speedier delivery.
The only option she gave me was to not accept the item and it will then be returned to the store. When this happens I will get a refund minus the postage, and she also refused to give a time frame for this.
She then hung up.
I checked the website and called back a second time. I quoted the website to her and asked to speak to a manager. She said no one was available and refused to give me the name of her line manager in order to contact them.
She then hung up, a second time.

I really did not expect to be treated so unprofessionally and poorly. Your member of staff was rude and abrupt from the outset.

Based on this experience I will not be buying anything from here again.

Bought the carrom board , really good product n well made. And delivery was real quick too , overall happy
