19 days now since I ordered, they just cancelled my order and issued a refund because they didn't have enough stock.

Total miscomplitation of the written price the kit was 180$ but when I pressed checkout it's was 320ish these for shipping to Canada (Quebec) it's was 550$!!! All add up to 883$ for the base bbr tuning kit . Way overpriced for the junk I'm gonna get 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Jennifer was amazing and helped me with my needs. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and very friendly!

Jennifer is the best ever and was super helpful! Get that girl a pay raise🫵😜

Jennifer was very helpful and kinda sweet. Totally helped me with my issue. Helped me find the parts I was looking for. Jennifer rox.

do not do it. they have had my money for 5 days. i placed an order for 2 engines and a set of rims Friday morning before the business day this was in the early morning around 3 am because i was in the shop late working on customer orders, the order still has not went out and its Tuesday, so tomorrow will be 6 days. i am not a bank and i have to work hard to make money just for a business like this to hold onto money a customer has paid me for a custom bike,-now i will lose another customer because of bike berry with no compensation or care from this business. please save your money and time and google a different place with a good revue. happy holidays.

The person I talk to Ms Jennifer was awesome at helping assist me in the right direction for the right price within my budget I will refer you guys to my friends and relatives God bless enjoy your day

Slow company. Dont trust their shipping policy. I ordered a bike friday September 13. Their website said shipping in 1-2 days. Monday i get an email from the ghost in their verification department Ana. They needed information to verify so i send them the information through email. I called to see if they got it none responded. The next day they said they needed more info but when i called to verify none answered. I was told it will be shipped at the end of this week. So shipping took 5 days. On top of that they ssid it will take 10 days to get to me even after i accepted their will call location to be picked up when i paid shipping to have it delivered to my place.SHADY LIARS. SHIPPING POLICY IS A LIE. IM SURE ILL NEVER GET MY BIKE

This company sucks, you are treated like god before you buy, after you paid you have to beg them for returning non working parts, they will charge you 15% for returning and you have to pay shipping cost

They totally suck and lie about everything they do. They send you a bike and so many parts ,,, You gotta hire mechanic. To pieces of things,

You don’t receive all parts ordered, when you contact them you are given the runaround and most times you will never receive your missing parts.

I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!

The bike that I ordered said it was 26 in after reading the review I found out that it was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after making the order they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped yet after receiving the order and trying to return it they tell me I am going to get charged a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping also they're only going to give me in store credit for the rest. If that isn't bad enough the items they sent me were dented rusted and inferior. Do not order anything from this company they are only all for themselves.

Falicia C was amazingly helpful and provided great customer service!!

Defective product, missing, parts, lousy assembly directions, and horrible customer service. They never refunded what they said they would, they never remediated the missing parts or the defective manufacturing, and now they are completely ignoring me. I've spent hundreds of dollars for a bike that is still lying in pieces on my living room floor months later. It cannot be assembled due to manufacturing defects which have been photographed and sent to them as they requested. Later I found another site of reviews for this company - all of them terrible and with similar complaints to my own. Don't trust this company for online sales!

Very happy with the service to help the parts you may be on the West Coast I’m on the East Coast it takes a little bit to get the parts I expect that but I’m in no hurry to get a Bikes bill

Horrible customer service I received damaged wheels they asked me to send them pictures of the box and the wheels which I have done. Still waiting for a refund over two days. Horrible customer service do not shop here.

Alvin gave me a great experience great service
