Another awesome piece of equipment. Works as it should tows very easy behind the lawn mower or atv. Shreds limbs and trees up to 4 inches in diameter.

It did not come in 5 or 6 days like the ad said. It was more like 2 weeks

It took a while to get the forklift to be deliver

I bought the 22 ton log splitter online. It arrived really fast. The log splitter arrived in three packages. I opened the boxes the next day to start putting the log splitter together. First thing I noticed was how well the product was packed using wood to reinforce the boxes and and plenty of card board to protect the machine parts. Very encouraging at this point.
I watched videos and read the instructions prior to putting the product together. I laid everything out and made sure all pieces were present and accounted for. It went together fairly easy just as the video showed. I put all the fluid in the motor and the hydraulic chamber that was supplied in the package. Added gasoline and started up the engine. Watched the hydraulic fluid pump through the clear hydraulic tube. I then pushed the handle forward, as suggested in the manual, to prime the hydraulic pump prior to putting it under load. Nothing happened! I went back through the steps, checking to make sure the hydraulic fluid was at the correct level, then bled the lines. Pulled the lever AND, nothing. I have my house and two short term rental properties that I need to split wood for the kiva and Swiss fireplaces. I now have to hand chop wood with a bad back until I get this figured out. I was hopeful based of reviews I had seen(which was their website). I went on Google to look at reviews and my heart sank. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is the theme. Due to it being defective, the reviews state you have to do videos, pictures, and a doctoral thesis. Then the website states you have to return it in it original packaging. So I have to take it apart and put it back in the three boxes if I have to return it. Come on customer service, prove them wrong and get it working! 🙏

I will ammend or write a new review based on how Bilt Hard handles my situation.

Horrible company and even worse customer service. Buyer Beware, if your product breaks don't expect to be able to order parts. I've gotten the run around for weeks. On my grass bag for the 170cc lawn mower, if it wasn't under their 3 month warranty, they will not sell you a part. How screwed up is that? Now they are asking for an order number, I can't find one that far back in my emails. If you think they would go the extra mile and search their records after I gave them pictures of the name, address, model, serial numbers, you'd be wrong. Just an extremely frustrating and disgusting experience. Don't take the chance thinking what a good price point they have, there are a reasons as I have mentioned. If it looks too good to be true, it is!!

Purchased the 16” portable misting fan and need a replacement battery, reached out to them and they told me they don’t sell replacement parts and I would need to shop locally for a compatible one. I have searched and this particular battery seems to only be sold internationally and I have yet to find a seller of said battery who ships to the US!!

Baffled that a company can sell products and don’t offer a solution to customers that need replacement, at least direct me to a merchant who will have the replacement!

Purchased the 8” wood chipper from Built hard .. first glance - impressive. But then you realize the design flaw. To acces the the oil stick / dip stick you need to physically remove the gas tank (every time) it is not reachable in the design. The company is UN-REACHABLE.. oh you can reach them but it nothing but AI.. no matter what you try to do to get help.
Be VERY cautious before buying this product

I’m Brian, owner/operator of Tee Pee Mowing. I provide free overgrown lawn care here in W Texas for people that’s facing hardships. I video the mowing and upload to my YouTube channel Tee Pee Mowing. I was sent the 18” battery powered push mower from Bilt Hard to use in a video. I used this mower one time and honestly was impressed with the performance. After the one mowing I gave it to the homeowner and she’s still using and loving this mower. I would highly recommend their products and hopefully we can work together again.

Do not buy. $1800 for a 3 point flail mower. Bolts came loose and lost 3 blades first time I used it. Emailed company, no replacement parts available. They are a odd size. All over ebay and Amazon, nothing even close. Now I have an $1800 yard ornament

i purchased the track dumper for $3000.00 this past august. when i unpacked the machine and went to use it for the first time a hydraulic piston was not connected to the dumper and hit the engine assy, popped a hole in the engine cylinder and broke the clutch cable adjustment assy. when i contacted bilthard they out right refused to hear me out and declined to back the warrantee. if that is not bad enough i have been searching for the parts to fix it myself and none are available. i am filing in small claims court next week.

I have two lawnmowers one I bought five years ago still running good then I bought bilthard last year because I wanted two battery operated lawnmowers and the one I had for five years they were sold out so I started the bilt hard up this weekend it started to smoke never seen anything like it just a waste of money please save your money and buy elsewhere

I bought a bilt hard mower from last year and used it only 2 times. Yesterday I tried to mow my yard but it didn’t work, it didn’t start doesn’t matter how many strokes I pull. Called bilt hard and they said it’s 1 month out of guarantee we can’t do nothing about it. I should read their reviews before I buy it, watch their products on YouTube you’ll find out what people saying

Terrible. Do not waste your money. Terrible push mower, terrible support. Product only has a 3 month warranty. Spend your $$$ on a better product and name brand instead of cheap poor quality products.

used a new lawn mower 2 times. The braking lever broke. After trying to get a replacement lever, the company basically said" too bad" no parts are available. Strongly advise to not buy from them.

Super easy to assemble and operate@ The chipper's instructions are clear, and the visuals help a lot. After running several branches through it, we noticed the chip size is pretty fine. It's perfect for smaller jobs, but I do recommend wearing protective gloves and long sleeves to stay safe during use. We're definitely happy with this purchase.

I had purchased 2 of the( BILT HARD 125,000 BTU Forced Air Propane Heater) when they were on sale that was cheaper with free shipping (FED-EX)
than anything I have found on the Internet. I use them in my shop for heat when I am in their working. I was surprised at the high quality
of the propane heaters at this price expecting them to be cheaply made. They outperformed others that cost twice as much and put out
the same amount of heat at the 125,000 BTU.

On one of the units, I have had a very small, tiny propane leak at the crimp on the hose at the regulator. I sent customer service pictures of it
and they eventually replaced it with a brand-new regulator and hose to my satisfaction. Their customer service was extremely proactive
trying to get this problem solved but getting the part from their factory took a while.

I had read a lot of reviews on their products, but I am satisfied with the product that they sent me and their customer service and will buy here
again.

I bought a 201cc Bilt Hard self propelled lawn mower on June `6th 2025. It wont start. I have called them 6 times and emailed them several times as well. I got 1 call back but was unable to answer. since then, I have tried 3 more times. It seemed like a good mower but now wont start and can not get anybody at the company. Why buy a lawn mower with a 12 month warranty but the company wont respond....I should have gone with Toro.

I would NEVER buy another BILT HARD product. Just before Winter my 9 year old Honda push mower engine finally dies and rather than spending $100 more on a mower with either a HONDA or a Briggs & Stratton Engine my wife convinced me to save a little money and buy an engine from BILT HARD. I used this mower ONE time before Winter got here and ran it out of fuel so it would not have stale gasoline sitting in the carb for months. Filled it up with new Zero Ethanol Fuel and NOTHING. The thing didn't even TRY to start.

There is no gas shutoff valve on these things, so when you disconnect the gas line from the carb fuel just pours out and you cannot stop it without a clamp. Anyway, after taking the air filter off, disconnecting the carb, draining it and manually moving the fuel control, then removing the park plug (dry as can be) checking the gap, replacing it, replacing the carb, checking the bubble pump, replacing all of the fuel and air tubes.... the piece of trash started.

So far, having mowed my yard two times, I have spent more time working on this engine than mowing my yard.

Crank recoil broke within 2 weeks of install. Customer service will give you the run around and after weeks of back and forth emails, the parts were shipped from China, but somehow were haulted in the process because of improper postage. Needless to say, it's been nearly 2 months and I have still not received my replacement parts. The power unit is used as part of my business, therfore; I'm out of several hundred dollars, thanks BiltHard.

I purchased a snow thrower, first time I used it the cable snapped mind you this cable was already installed not one I installed. I have tried getting in contact to find out how to get a replacement cable as I can not find one anywhere, as of right now I have not gotten any kind of a response or acknowledgement as to where I can get this cable so now I am sitting with a snow thrower that I spent over 800 on and can not use!!! Very disappointed to say the least!
