Bilthard レビュー

Low price and high quality, but fast delivery.

Good product - seems to be well designed, quality in the make, and delivered timely. Special kudos to whoever came up with idea to parts into "blister pack" that you open with the step you are on - excellent idea that keeps parts from being confused! My only disappointment was that the no-flat wheels are plastic and not rubber. This will tend to make deeper ruts in softer soil. But that isn't enough to take you down a star. Good work!

After exhausting my efforts to compare big box options to online, I found this purchase to be priced the best and have free shipping from the company directly? Unbelievable! The order arrive early and the box was in perfect condition. All the parts we accounted for. I was splitting wood within the hour it was received. Also, nice surprise, the unit was full of oil so I could start immediately! The machine runs great. No problem powering through large size cuts. I’m very happy with the quality and power of the machine.

I had problems with the machine and tried to discuss via phone. Left my phone number on recorded message several times and only received emails. The communication is missing from your company and I have lost interest in having a machine without communication from the company.

Good customer service
Good price.
Fast shipping.

The product received was as described. The assembly process took an hour due to special tool required. Not used yet. However, did notice a little wobble or unevenness due to four wheels don't touch the floor simultaneously. Should not be an issue when loaded and pulled around garden.

Have not seen the product, tracking shows UPS never recieved it, starting to believe it is a SCAM...

Packaging was secure. All the pieces were included for assembly. There was some inconsequential damage to sheet metal which I corrected myself. Engine started first time with recoil starter and 120V auxiliary electric starter. Good experience and good pricing by vendor!

Received my log splitter in much less time than expected. Easy purchase on web site. I would have liked to have received tracking on this item. However, would recommend others to buy from your store.

Quality product, great price, shipped quickly. A good experience and will recommend.

The price for your product is fair.
The shipping was free (an enticing perk for such a heavy item).
It arrived fast.
A wheel was crushed during shipping and customer support was quick on the response.
They immediately made good on the issue.
Top notch.
Also, the log splitter has exceeded my expectations!
It is a little beast. I use it on my eucalyptus wood and it does a great job

Arrived exactly on time. Works great out of the box. Doing some heavy duty splitting soon, will update then.

I've only had the item for a few weeks, but it appears to be made of quality materials and worked great right out of the box.

It arrived in a timely manner. The online pricing at Bilthard was extremely competitive.

Product arrived early. Works GREAT. Very Happy

I had an issue with the hydraulic log splitter and customer service went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Great communication and consideration. Thank You!

Delivered ahead of projection, package complete

quick response. Received very quick.

I bought on a whim. Get wood downed trees and big branches on occasion in my yard. This splits nice and easy so far. Better then a maul and ax for me. Splits 14 inch long circumference 8 inch and 18 inch max length 6 inch circumference it says. Have done wider with no issues on frozen maple. So far so good only used few hours so far but I like it.
