I bought this due to our hurricane crisis here in SC to help others, with sooo many still in need with all the fallen trees. It took 2 weeks to get which I understand due to high demand. The first time I used it had issues with chain lock catching. There are plenty of chain saw professionals here is the south that confirmed this is a tool error. I reached out to Amazon, and they said for this service, I would have to work directly with the company. I called, they took all the information and told me I would get a call back from product specialists that day. Nothing. Called the next day they said the same thing. Nothing. Then the following day they emailed me, I replied and then in the middle of the night the next day get a reply of them telling me their support is based in China and it takes time for them to get back, of course asking if I installed my chain incorrectly... Stay away from this company, they do not care about the hurricane that hit us here and that is clear on how they are dealing with my case and time they are giving it. I mentioned multiple times I need quick support to get things going again on clean up here. They ignored all of those requests and done the opposite. Now I am either forced to go to my bank or have Amazon take actions on them. BUYER AWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I had a problem with a brand new pressure washer that kept on stalling out and this company did everything they could to make me happy including giving me a full refund even though Amazon wouldn't because it was past the 30-day. This is an excellent company to work with.

Pulled motor assembly out of the box to find a nut and screw floating around inside. 1 of 4 motor assembly screws.
Pulled it apart and made the repair.
Also, no way to fasten the pole/base shroud??
My order did ship quickly, but ended up being 1 day late.

Fast shipping and pretty easy to assemble. I loved the fact the nuts and bolts were all packaged separately and marked on the back...made it very easy to use the correct parts during the assembly process. I haven't used the cart yet since I just assembled it but it rolls easily and is large enough for me and my yard projects. The price is what caught my eye also.. the price was actually lower than the normal "go to" online stores!

The bilthardusa website has a lot of information for selecting the correct products. Ordering is easy, prices are great, and shipping is quick. The fan I ordered is exactly what I was looking to purchase and was well packaged.

Great Service, Great Product for a very reasonable price !! Solid product.

I appreciate the low cost and free shipping! I also am very pleased with the performance of this great piece of machinery! This tiller did an outstanding job on my garden! Thank you so much!

Easy Website, very prompt shipping and the product was exactly and listed and very very well built. Additionally the price was $$ less then other stores
Thank You

Price and construction of unit was more than satisfactory. I am a contractor and I put this thing together and it is a well-built little wagon. Thank you

Best price. Arrived early. Easy setup. Works great. Couldn't be happier!!!

Very easy to put together and use. I was very impressed by how good it tilled up my garden and made is so much easier than a shovel. Highly recommend

Great engine at a great price. It came pristine and well-packed. Shipping was expedient. My kart is going to rip.

Pump ran perfectly.

Overall Score: 4.
The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty.
Packaging Score: 1.
I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money.
Customer Support Score: 5.

good price , fast service

It works well, power is good. My only problem is that it is low and very heavy

I purchased a cement mixer. It looks to be well built, and the price direct from bilthard was fantastic. I had some questions, and one small part needed replacement. I contacted Bilthard's customer service, and they responded right away, and they were truly helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

After I placed my order I decided I probably could have used the larger cart. There was no way to cancel the order and then order the size up so I called your customer assistance line several times. No one returned my call. I'm going to keep the smaller one even though I could have used the larger capacity. Will chalk this one up to realizing once you place the order there's no turning back, ugh.

Other than one of the wheels being broke when it was sent to me, it's a very sturdy strong little splitter that doesn't a great job. Just hope it lasts. Zero complaints so far with its abilities.

Fast shipping and takes PayPal. Excellent.
