Lady working today was so lovely. I went to the rye one and she went above and beyond to make my experience lovely. Drink is delicious too.

I love this company and their practices and products are top notch!

I visited their shop in Brighton last year and came back with serval teas. Since then I have made several orders.

I have never been into tea until now and I am completely addicted. Their tea is wonderful, beautiful to look at, full of flavour, they smell amazing and very comforting to drink and worth every penny. I love the natural ingredients and their environmental practices.

This week I did receive a wrong order. I emailed over the weekend and then called this morning.
I spoke to customer services ( an actual person!) she was very apologetic and I received an email immediately after my call. I can keep the wrong order 40 pouches of Snowball and my correct order Mulled cider is on its way! ☺️

Teas I love
Mulled cider is- spicy apple and very warming
Cherry Bakewell - sweet and delicious
Rhubarb and custard- makes me feel like I’m eating sweets when I’m not! Probably my favourite
Edinburgh rock - delicious and comforting

I’m not so keen on Snowball and All things nice, just not my sort of flavours.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. I loved seeing how the Matcha was made in the magic whisk. The whole place is a hidden gem. If you like tea you'll love this place.

This a brand new store in Bluewater shopping centre. It’s welcoming and full of the most amazing, different varieties of tea-all delicious (well, the 6 samples I tried). The staff are really lovely too!! And..they do gift vouchers!

Really great experience in store today. The team were so helpful and shared insights on blends. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff in shop, but product (Sunny Sencha Green Tea) tasteless and expensive after numerous attempts of strengthening brews.

Could not recommend popping in more! I visited the Canterbury branch and the staff are friendly, polite and more than willing to lend a hand and as an extra positive the free teas were absolutely delicious :)

A big thank you to all of the staff at the branch on Bold Street, Liverpool! A couple of friends and I visited on Saturday, and we were warmly welcomed in and invited to sample the various teas. It was no problem at all when I said that I wasn't much of a tea drinker, but wanted to try new flavours. I bought a small sachet of "cherry cola bottle" tea, and already want to buy a top-up!

EDIT: Customer service quickly rectified the problem and offered a gift card refund for the mug. Changed my review to 5* as this sort of good service is rare.

The tea is okay but considering the price you don't get much and it isn't anything special. I bought a mug and it broke within a week (normal use).

I liked moondrop dreams for winding down at night. The aroma matched the description and the low caffeine options helped my routine. Online staff were clear about caffeine levels, and the refill pocuhes and sampler boxers are practical with tidy eco packaging from bird & blend tea co.

Shipping to New Zealand was slow and two tins arrived slightly dented, so I would not gift them. Some blends like blue raspberry tasted more sweet than expected, and the subscription was not easy to pause or swap.

Kundeservice fik justeret mit abonnement hurtigt uden bøvi, i føler mig faktisk ret godt hjulpet. smagen ramte plet især moondrop dreams til natten, duften er mega hyggelig.

last week my moondrop dream tin arrived a bit dent and the lid wouldnt seal so i messaged bird & blend tea co and they repliyed the same day with a replactment and some helpfultips. they let me switch my subscription to refill pouches for a month while the fragile tins were in transit and explained caffeine levels for their blue raspberry and gingerbread chai so i could stick to low caf at night. the aroma and flavor are spot on, moondrop dreams really help me wind down and sleep better. packaging was eco and the tin was packed super safely, honestly felt like they cared. popped into the tasting bar after and the staff gave more advice too, really really solid support allround.

My moondrop dreams and gingerbread chai arrived quickly and well packaged in sturdy tins with the refill pouches tucked flat so nothing rattled. Zero dents despite a bumpy courier ride, and the paper tape and the compostable packing beans felt properly eco. Opening a box, a warm cozy gingerbread aroma drifted out which was oddly calming before I'd even brewed anything.

The infuser bottle I added is easy to clean and doesn't leak, so I can brew on my commute without faff. Moondrop dreams steeps clear with a soft blue hue and the mouthfeel is silky, perfect for winding down at night. I appreciate the little note about low caffeine on the label, matching the Brighton tasting bar staff advised me when I asked. Well, a bit pricey but worth it for the thoughtful details and flavor accuracy. I'll stick to the refill pouches next time to cut waste.

In the bird and blend shop in Leeds I was meant with one of the friendliest people his name was Scott. He had so much knowledge which was great because I had a ton of questions. He was a brilliant listener and I can't wait to come back and buy some awesome tea gadgets and tea !!

Very Tasty Matcha was gifted an advent calendar with lots of different flavours. I love iced matcha lattes and these are lovely.

Attended the tea workshop in Sheffield tonight. Sophie and Ruby were absolutely fantastic! So enthused and passionate about the products. They were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were celebrating two 50th birthdays and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you 😊 ❤️

Was gifted two boxes of Bird and Blend tea for my birthday in 2024 and have been extremely disappointed at the quality. The pumpkin spice and the peach soda teas are both verging on completely tasteless. I've also had issues with the teabags splitting twice now (out of a total of 4 brewed teas) - a 50% rate isn't great! Wouldn't buy again.

We visited the new Bath store and were blown away by the amazing and friendly customer service. Bonnie and her lovely colleague greeted us warmly and gave an absolutely excellent personalised service. We will be returning customers for sure!

Disappointed that they don't accept cash in their shops, and the only way to get a receipt is by giving my email.

In brands that look to be socially forward thinking discrimination against people without a bank account is not ok.
