We need to take back control and order when we need to. We try to offer a balance between "must-haves" and environmental issues. thanks for all your help. Had problem with turning key but a sharp tap with hammer seems to have done the trick.

Thanks for letting us know, some locks that have not been used for a while can get stiff and we suggest WD40 or similar lubricant to release the dirty and dust build up.
We haven't used a hammer yet but thanks for the up-date

I was very impressed with the telephone…
I was very impressed with the telephone service I received initially from Debbie who emailed pictures of cabinets most suitable to my needs. They forgot to email my paid invoice but this was quickly remedied when reminded. The cabinets arrived in the time slot agreed and were quickly unwrapped and manouvred into their tight space by a very helpful man called Graham (i think).

Emergency key expensive
I needed an emergency key to get into our three drawer filing cabinet as I couldn’t pick the lock... I only needed 1 key, I was forced to buy 2 at the checkout, but have been charged for 4. Plus p&p and it came to best part of £50! The key worked though...

Thank for your review and comments, we are delighted the keys work well.
We supply two keys with each order as standard as per the details on the ordering page and you did order 2 sets so have received 4 keys as requested on the next day service.
For £11.99, keys are supplied in 2 to 3 days normally but you requested special delivery and 4 keys.
We do send order confirmation and could have helped if you had spoken to us before we despatched the keys and are sorry you are slightly disappointed

Good filing cabinet delivered…
Good filing cabinet delivered efficiently. Would have given 5 stars but for an IT glitch which meant I couldn’t create an account to track the delivery. Even so it was delivered next day, so no great problem.

Good cabinets in the colour I ordered
Good cabinets in the colour I ordered. They don’t look as substantial I thought they might be but I am sure they will do the job.
Delivery took a bit of organising as very little notice given. Overall happy with purchase.

Thanks for your review, I did notice that you only received short notice on your delivery and we trust that wasn't too inconvenient, the delivery team had space on a vehicle and we like to try and be as efficient as possible

Only two very small items but on-line ordering, payment and prompt delivery which some companies might not be bothered with. Would use if I need any larger items.
