We need to take back control and order when we need to. We try to offer a balance between "must-haves" and environmental issues. Excellent quality goods. Great convenience in being able to order them online (which used to be difficult for Bisley equipment). Made to order so the lead time is longer than I would like.

Delivery must improve
delivery was on time, good quality product, unfortunately, it was not installed where it should have been. driver did not wait for instruction and left the cabinet on the wrong floor, and unpacked ! it is a white on white cabinet, and to move it back then to its location was rather delicate. not the service we expected , considering the price for it!

We have contacted you and advised that as this was a Business delivery our team reported to Reception and were advised by your colleague that you were unavailable. They were instructed by the Receptionist to leave the product in Reception and they in-wrapped it to check that the product was perfect. The Receptionist then tried again to contact you and then advised our team to leave the product in Reception which they did. The item was signed for and we have provided a delivery note and advised of this.
The first we heard of your concern was when you kindly provided a review on Trustpilot as we have received no other communication.
We do take the deliveries seriously and can only deliver as per the instructions provided by company representative on tis occasion.
We are sorry that you are not happy with the delivery but perhaps this is not down to our delivery team on this occasion.

Complete waste of money
Goods arrived dented. Not in transit but clearly before wrapping! In addition, the drawers did not open/close properly (and not because of dents). Complete waste of money but the scrapman was grateful.

I can see that this was reported yesterday at 9.30 and our e-mail bounced back when we replied.
I trust we are not a complete waste of money as we would resolve issues and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, if you can send me pictures of the damage we will resolve this for you.

Could not ask for better
Could not ask for better. I bought my filing cabinets many years ago,and no compaints about these; and follow up service with replacement or spare keys is smooth and efficient.

I had previously ordered a Silverline…
I had previously ordered a Silverline cabinet and had an awful experience. Fortunately I was able to get a refund and ordered the Bisley 4 drawer cabinet. Not only was it delivered within two weeks, the cabinet is 100% perfect, solid and stable. The drawers glide out easily. I had one previously that seemed bomb proof. Can definitely recommend using Bisley and their delivery service.

Excellent quality but ...
Unlike some companies who only process payment once they are ready to ship your goods I was charged immediately and then had to wait some weeks before the goods were ready for delivery. The quality of the cabinet that I bought is excellent but delivery was the old fashioned ‘we’ll be there on a day, take it or leave it’. The world has changed!

Thanks for the review, I'll take it up with our delivery partner as we advise on a delivery day and if it is not suitable advise on the next available date. I'm sure you'll appreciate we don't go to every area every day but it shouldn't be a take it or leave it for sure.
