Having lost the keys to our filing cabinet it was simple to order new ones online and they were with us in the post in a few days. First class!

Update! Have spoken to Graeme at BisleyDirect. Very friendly and helpful - it seems they have been let down by their deliverer Furdeco.co.uk. Bisley are making a replacement for me which should arrive within the next week or so. Will save the final update and fifth star for when my replacement filing cabinet is delivered!

Bisley filing cabinets are expensive - but for once I decided to treat myself to a brand new lovely blue filing cabinet. When I ordered I had no idea it would take so long to arrive - but perhaps I didn't read the small print. I live in Falkirk and my substantial delivery charge was described as "Scottish Highlands" - I'm not in the Highlands, I'm in the central belt 45 mins one way to Edinburgh and the other to Glasgow!! A couple of weeks later Bisley's courier arrived. The guys were polite and friendly and carried the cabinet upstairs when asked - then I said I would like the packaging taken off. And that revealed a large dent on one side of the filing cabinet. I filled in a report about the damage and the deliveryman took a photo - but a week has gone by and Bisley has not even been in touch to discuss the issue. Must admit I am disappointed.

Tried to buy keys for 4 cupboards. Through bad web site design and my tiredness, ended up with 8 pairs of keys instead of 4. That's a lot of extra money at a hefty £9.99 a pair.
Strangley they claimed that keys are cut to order, so are non-returnable. I find this hard to believe from the supplier. Surely they could fit all their keys into one, dare I say it, Bisley cupboard, to distribute from stock?
So, beware - make sure your order is correct before committing to buy.

Premium price but premium service as well. I had ordered this multidrawer cabinet previously from a competitor but it arrived badly dented and I sent it back. This happened twice as the replacement was also badly dented due to the poor packaging and the rough handling from the courier. Bisleydirect delivery was strapped to a small wooden pallet so that the cabinet could not be thrown about and it arrived in perfect condition using next day delivery service. Only issues are 15 - 20 day delivery quoted on full product range and limited range of product available for next day delivery.
