How many courier vans do we see on the roads? Do we really need everything today or tomorrow? The marketing gurus have told us everything is urgent. We need to take back control and order when we need to. We try to offer a balance between "must-haves" and environmental issues. If you must have it within 48 hours, then we can accommodate this, but will charge accordingly and make a contribution to carbon off-setting. Please contact us if you have an urgent request.

The cupboard is fine just issues with delivering company

The cupboard is fine, our only issue is the people delivering the cupboard didn't deliver it on the day that they said they would and it took nearly another week for them to deliver after us having to make several phone calls to chase them up.

Thanks for your review, the original delivery day was changed and we did not get our delivery partner to chase this up quickly for which we are sorry. We are looking at ways of getting better tracking and visibility for customers

Great price

Great price, super quick delivery and kept informed at every stage. All well packaged and arrived when promised. Highly recommended.

The filing cabinet dlivered to me was 


The filing cabinet dlivered to me was damaged . I rang company at Camberley to exchange product but refused .
I am elderly lady and I can only unpack when I have helper which is after 15 days . It is unfair not exchange the product with good one.
I am very dis-satisfied .What should I do with this damaged one, I cant even open the top draw.

I received reply from Ebonium Ltd . I did not agree with what their explanation . The cabinet they sent was already damaged ,I am sure they knew the product they sent was not up standard. I did not get payment protection from my visa card and I have put up with the damaged cabinet of Bisley at my home. I can not able to use for filing yet. I felt so unhappy by looking and keeping that.
I will not be buying product on line from this web site in the future . If you are using online & the site , I would like to remind you to inspect the product within 2 days .

Dear Tin Tin.
Thank you for your up-dated review in May 2018. . As you ordered in December 2017 and we replied as below we cannot assist further on this occasion. The item was delivered and signed for an subsequently moved 3 weeks later.
You ordered a cabinet on our Next Day service on the 21st of December and it was delivered on the 22nd of December as requested.
The delivery note was signed for "undamaged".
You then arranged for the cabinet to be moved on the 18th of January 28 days after you received the product.
You phoned us to advise that the cabinet was damaged at this point 28 days after receiving it and moving it.
Hence we advised that the damage may have occurred when you moved it as it was signed for as correct.
We do state that damages (although rare) must be notified within 24 hours so we can deal with them. You took 28 days!!
You advised that you would write to us, but we have not received anything from you until you post a review which is not correct from a time-line point of view.
We do of course help customers where we can but you have had the cabinet for 4 weeks and only notified us of an issue when you arranged for it to be moved.
We do offer a deliver and install service but you chose not to take advantage of this and hope you re-consider your comments
I have written to you but not received a response and asked for pictures
We care about our customers and try to be reasonable, but 4 weeks is a long time to notify any company of an issue.

Equipment is of a high standard

Equipment is of a high standard, the only thing that surprised me is that there are no safety attachments to secure the cupboard to the wall. When I asked about the provision of wall attachments I was told I would have to store items on lower shelves!

Many thanks for your review and details. The cabinets do not have fixings for securing to the wall. The cabinets are designed to be stable when loaded, but the manufacturer advises that you load them from the base upwards to ensure stability.

The product is perfect but it would’ve 


The product is perfect but it would’ve been helpful to know how long it would take to arrive before we ordered. Delivery service was also a little difficult because there are restricted delivery times and these are not known very far in advance.

The items are excellent and arrived 


The items are excellent and arrived well packaged and just what I wanted and needed.
The only thing I would say (and maybe I missed this when ordering) is that the delivery scale was a relatively long time (four weeks). Looking at the website now it says next day delivery for orders before 2:00pm but I don't think this means all products, I'm not entirely clear.
I did get a customer support email the same day as placing the order indicating the time scale and fortunately I wasn't in a hurry.
Anyway if you are in a hurry I suggest checking before ordering, but everything else as spot on.
