Like many have said, the website was easy to use and the delivery fast. The whole purchase process was smooth. However, there the good stuff ends.

I have recently moved and the new office space doesn't accommodate my old Bisley cabinets. They have always been great so I went on to the Bisley site and ordered 2 cabinets that would fit the new space. These are from their "Home" range. Turned out that the home range is a very flimsy budget model and not worth the money I had spent on it. So I contacted them about a return. It did not go well. Firstly being told that I cannot return goods after 7 days (it was at 10 days from delivery) and then being told I had bought budget items, so what did I expect.

A second call, and I was told I could return the items but it would be completely at my own cost, and the original cost of delivery would be removed from any refund. All in all this means that if I were to return the items, and Bisley were to agree they could be resold then I would only get back ~10% of what I had spent. Not really worth the effort.

To cap it all, a fair and honest review of the product I added to the site has never been published.

Not a company I would use again, and probably not a brand.

Really a first-class experience, office staff was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, live chat was very useful, the delivery company also added to what was a very positive experience I will use them again and would recommend others to use them.

My faith in Bisley has been fully restored. I have purchased dozens of Bisley filing cabinets over a long business career and the product quality has always been excellent. After a recent "hiccup" concerning poor service from the manufacturer's warehousing and delivery carriers, I was impressed with the manufacturer's response to my comments. I therefore decided to place a second order for a filing cabinet, I was delighted not only with the usual product quality, but the excellent, improved delivery service. Thank you BisleyDirect.

Don't order from this company.
I ordered using paypal to make the payment. No filing cabinet turned up. When i called them they told me that paypal hadn't supplied the address so they'd cancelled the order. They had both an email address and a phone number for me and didn't bother to use either to find my address - just cancelled without the decency to even tell me they done it!
And when I called to chase them for a delivery date the women was incredibly rude and blamed me for them not getting the address from Paypal!! shocking service

They have responded to say they contacted me, I received no email or call They also say I wouldn't give them chance to explain - this is nonsense - I called them to try and get the goods and gave them every opportunity.
