Very highly recommended! We ordered from another supplier (Furniture@Work) in August and they mucked up big time (see my review) and left us in the do-dos with our client. Phoned Bisley Direct... もっず芋る

With a wide range of stocked items and a variety of alternative colours available to order, we can focus on what you want and deliver on time. ebonium could offer shorter lead times and next day delivery but this means vehicles are not being used as efficiently and effectively as they could. How many courier vans do we see on the roads? Do we really need everything today or tomorrow? The marketing gurus have told us everything is urgent. We need to take back control and order when we need to. We try to offer a balance between "must-haves" and environmental issues. If you must have it within 48 hours, then we can accommodate this, but will charge accordingly and make a contribution to carbon off-setting. Please contact us if you have an urgent request.

Not the easiest company for order from

Not the easiest company for order from. We are a school and have to pay upfront but currently waiting to receive a Pro-forma invoice 24 hours later!

Dear Sue,
Thank you for your review and comments.
We do think that you are being a little unfair as you originally ordered an incorrect item and we contacted you to check the spare part and ensure we directed you to the right item.

A request was made yesterday that you needed a pro-forma invoice to make payment, which will be sent today however we do take paypal, amazon pay and credit cards which a number of schools do use as well.

I do not believe we are difficult to deal with and have gone out of our way to ensure you order the right product

Took 4 attempts to sort out the delivery with the agents.

I work in a business centre, open from 9-5. Four times I was given a delivery from 7am - 11am.

Complete waste of my time.

I agree our delivery Partner were poor on this and we have had a meeting to put in place a process to ensure this doesn't happen again. Whilst the time slot was 7 till 11 they should have advised that your delivery was the 6th drop so should have been after 9am to fit in with most business deliveries.

Lack of communication

Lack of communication, poor delivery communication, drivers arrived and moaned about delivering the products on third floor. Product is great though!

Dear Anthony
I am sorry that you had a poor delivery experience for your product. This is clearly not acceptable and I do apologise. I will take this up with our delivery partner and apologise for the inconvenience caused
I can see from our Tracking data that we confirmed the delivery day for you which was accepted and then provided a 3 hour window which was achieved the day before delivery.
The Delivery team will be spoken too as we have confirmation that it was 3rd floor delivery which is acceptable

I'm delighted you like the plan file chest as they are well made British products

replacement parts lost in a MOVE

I needed replacement parts for some of our cabinets we lost in a move - worried they would not be available as we have had them for some time - no problem on this site - good price, and FAST delivery! thank you - we can use our cabinets again!

4 Stars for this company

I have used Ebonium on a number of occasions for a very specific requirement which I could not find elsewhere online. They are very good, Very efficient and met their delivery predictions. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that it takes a while (several weeks) for them to make up or order the filing cabinets I need.
