I need to speak with someone asap! This website has my personal information on their public site. I will have to take this to the courts if they do not remove this right away! This is against the LAW

Bizapedia has placed a statement that my company, The Language Bank, Inc., is not in good standing according to the IL Secretary of State's website from 2008. This link shows up immediately under my website when searched on most engines. I have formally requested that Bizapedia update my company profile to reflect that my company, The Language Bank, Inc., is in good standing with the IL Secretary of State. This is a malicious link and the information is incorrect. There has been no response or update of the incorrect information, which I believe is causing serious damage to the reputation of my company.

They are extortionists. Won’t remove fake information. No way to call. No way to email. In the islands.

I simply can’t change erroneous information that may send people to a wrong number. It’s angering.

This website is displaying personal information that does not match public records. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly to remove this information, but the contact information either seems to be fake or unmanned, so I never get a response. It is a threat to my security and privacy to have my home address displayed online, yet this company will not correct or remove the information, even though it doesn't match public records.

I have been harassed by emails from customers of Bizapedia. I never contacted this fraudulent company and asked them to add me to the fraudulent mailing list.

I have received Pornographic emails, penis enlargement, prostitution/dating emails, fraudulent medication, and services. I want this to stop immediately. This company knows that they're committing fraud when they won't advertise their telephone number.

I never contacted them for any reason except to leave me alone.

I did not sign up for their services nor did I agree to let them post anything about me or my business and yet they not only posted all of my business information but they also posted my personal information including my full name and home address! All WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I want my business off this page now!

They have also harvested and posted my personal home address and personal phone number for all to see the moment you type in my business name. So unsafe, wrong, and sick people. I never ever gave consent and there is no way to remove the information.

Terrible, they harvest your information without your consent.

This company has posted my personal information (name and home address) without my permission. Not sure where they got this information, but I am extremely upset. How is that even legal? I have not signed up for their services, nor have I ever contacted them in regards to anything. After attempting to do some research on this company, I have seen several complaints that indicate this is not even a legitimate company. In order to have your personal information removed, they want you to agree to their terms, but they shouldn't be posting the information in the first place. I want my personal information removed from this site immediately!!!

Somehow bizapedia steals trademark related information submitted to uspto and makes names, addresses public without permission . Why ? To make money.Who gives them right to publish my personal info , address just cause they got or stole from somewhere. This is a serious privacy violation. This company should be shut down . They don't provide proper means of contacting customer service. My request to remove my trademark info has not been acted upon.

I checked this company's BBB page after reading the previous review. According to the Las Vegas, NV BBB, they have a B rating. I'm not sure where the previous reviewer is getting their information.

They are carrying the name and location of a tree service that no longer exists. The address is wrong and the Principal cannot be found. The owner answers the phone and doesn't show up when promised. Bizapedia is not worth your time and definitely not your trust.

There is no way to contact Bizapedia through email so it's impossible to get your info removed when their company URL doesn't work. Very poor service and fraudulent company that just collects your business info and resells it.

Bizapedia.com is NOT a legit company and they are collecting your personal/private/business information and selling to anybody(criminals-public). The website states that they are located at 3225 McLeod Dr #100& #110 Las Vegas, NV 89121, but there is NO active/valid business license at city hall for this company. When you call 800-688-6311 number is disconnected, plus according to BBB.org(Better Business Bureau) this company has been out of business for over 1 yr and they are displaying the BBB logo (without BBB permission according to BBB website). Today 26 Feb 2018 Monday I have filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and notified the local authorities to have these people arrested/shut down immediately...hopefully

I asked that all of us who read this to file complaints and hopefully we can stop these fraudsters/scammers BEFORE serious damage is done (your information in the wrong hands of criminals.
