First class service, first time visiting shop, picked what I wanted, in and out with my goods within half an hour. Great staff. Will definitely use again

The professionalism and patience,combined with courteousness of Sami at Inverness Branch was a breath of fresh air.
Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to explain and enquire as to our needs and requirements.
What struck my wife and i was the old school service provided without the pressure and sales pitch ,we really recommend this lady and this establishment.

Bought a bed in January and September, both times great service, easy to order online but also nice to get a call confirming and asking if we ordered right colour. Call telling us when delivering was. On delivery, no problem about taking upstairs and putting in bedroom.

Bought 2 coffee tables and picked them up at Dalcross on same afternoon.

Great local furniture store, good selection of items, reasonable prices and fast delivery. What more could you ask for. Thank you.

Ordering online was easy but when I have had to speak to staff they have been very helpful.

Excellent service from visiting the showroom to receiving the sofas and beds. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. And a big shout out to the delivery guys for advising of delivery time the day before and turned up when they said they would. Also for the careful manoeuvring of the huge furniture down a narrow hallway.

Service was good but quality of the item is not the best. Bought while discounted, if I had paid full price we would have returned the furniture set.

Bought a sofa and arm chair from the Elgin store, arrived Feb, within 2 months fabric had bobble, two base cushions flattened and will not replump, nor sit in correct place, plastic under arm fabric in sofa which rustles, contacted store, waited ages for a technician, outcome store will only except plastic in arm as a fault, cushion filler and fabric are apparently dressing issues and they will do nothing about them, extremely poor quality, customer service and customer satisfaction edds when they have your cash, would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store, I have never received such poor customer service, now advised I have to pay for an independent technical review, I wish I had never purchased a waste of my hard earned money, just want them to take it back and give me a refund, it looks worse than my previous sofa which was 10 + years.

I love my garden furniture. The delivery was prompt and the guys were very helpful.

Placed an order back in April, all items of furniture all delivered within 6 weeks except 1 item which has yet to b delivered which is really disappointing.

We went into the inverness store looking for a new mattress and are delighted with the service and help we received. Sammy really knew her stuff, listened to what we wanted and helped us make a choice we’re happy with. Can’t wait to receive our order! Thank you

I got a great bed for a great price, delivery was fairly simple to organise. I'll shop here again.

We were not impressed by our treatment at the Fort William store. We ordered a hall table to be delivered to the store and booked the day and time to collect it. When we arrived the woman in the shop seemed annoyed at us as she knew nothing about it and was alone so no one else there to help carry it to our car. When we unpacked the table at home we were disappointed to find it was not that well finished but decided to keep it anyway.
