Lost tires for weeks

Tires were supposedly delivered to a different installer than my chosen and it somehow was my problem to try and fix it. Took like 5 weeks to find my tires. Good price yes but terrible customer service to figure what happened in shipping.

I placed an order at night and


I placed an order at night and cancelled it the next morning on the phone, I was told no problem so I ordered 2 more tires. Both orders showed up and I was charged a return fee for the cancelled order, totally uncool.

We’d like to clarify that the fee applied was not for the cancellation itself, but to cover the cost of returning the tires, as they had already been shipped by the distributor at the time your request was processed.
That said, we understand how frustrating this situation can be. When you contacted our customer service team, we issued a 50% refund of the fee as a goodwill gesture, to show how important your satisfaction is to us.

Great selection and pricing is hard to


Great selection and pricing is hard to beat. I have bought tires at least 5 times over the years and the pricing always seems to be very competitive and/or the cheapest. The website is very easy to navigate and the whole process is excellent. I have recommended Blackcircles Canada to several people and always mention them to the shop who does the install, which normally reminds me that they also sell tires. My response is always the same, you haven’t beat their prices.

Quick & Easy & Efficient

I have used online tire purchasing for the past six years for my family vehicles. This year, blackcircles Canada had the best selection, prices, and deals.
Their website is easy to navigate, and free shipping of a set of four tires is always a great bonus (and back saver). The convenience of having my tires delivered gives me the flexibility to have install done wherever I prefer.
Also, love the name!

Trailer tires

Great to work with, very easy to order exactly what you are looking for on line. Delivery is usually with in a week to 10 days depending on time of year.
Would highly recommend. Oh and by the way great prices as well.
