She is always ready to help and advise, as well as being cheerfull and happy.

This is the first time I have worked with Black Sheep Utilities.
Sofia has been a true blessing. She is extremely patient, very good at explaining things for me to understand and is so quick to respond. She understands what the business needs and what I need. She has been so helpful and I cannot recommend her, nor Black Sheep Utilities any higher. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have repeatedly requested this company not to call us. They just laugh.
Latest scam attempt is, following a call when we yet again said we were not interested, for them email us requesting a 'permission letter' before a telephone 'consultation' part way through next year.
Businesses that don't respect 'stop calling us' are not to be trusted.
Caveat Emptor.

very good the agents seem keen to get things sorted quite quickly. Although they can come accross a bit pushy. Overall a good experience would reccomend.

We had trouble with our broadband but the lovely lady Francesca got onto our provider and got them moving after threatening to take the business away from them she finally got them to do there job all I can say is well done and thank you and we have broadband that suits our purpose

Excellent Service, had a great call with Phil Watts

We have just had a cold call from Black Sheep. The person on the phone was very pushy, demanded to be put through to a colleague and when told he was not available, asked for his mobile number implying that he already knew it and wanted to confirm it.
We do not deal with Black Sheep and if this an example of their business practises, we never will.

Reading previous reviews it would appear that this is standard business practise for them even though Black Sheep say it is not!

I felt too much pressure to make a decision quickly. I can't stand the hard sell approach. I like to have time to review and consider my choices. I appreciate that utility companies only hold their prices for a certain amount of time but I run a busy company and the gas and electricity contracts are not at the top of my list of priorities, especially when they are not due to be renewed for 10 months.

I have had to day a conversation with a man named Jack Elvin from Black sheep energy. I would like to pay this man a complement as his bedside manner was perfect. I must give him a score of 27 out of ten. Extremely polite man. Thank you. David Turrell.

They contacted my office to discuss utilities. The 'guy' on the phone was rude and inappropriate to a member of my team demanding she gave him another colleagues personal mobile number! When he was placed on hold he was chuntering under his breath to "come on, hurry up and just put me through". Rude, inappropriate and unprofessional!
