One of the best if not the best P2P lending sites. A top notch management that is always available if needed. And of course it supports SIPP investments!!

I found Blend's website easy to navigate and the information provided on their investment opportunities clear and useful.

Professional platform with good depth of detail provided on the individual deals to allow a proper analysis. Have been happy with the loans I have made and the returns generated this far.

So far so good, all loans are well vetted prior to loans being granted, two of my loans have been repaid early, which demonstrates to me that all due diligence is being applied and by Blend prior to the loans being approved.

The Blend platform is extremely easy to use. The loan details are clearly spelt out and communication from Blend on your loan during the period your capital is committed is excellent.In this instance my loan was repaid early including the rolled up interest of 10%. Perfect.

Amazing service, great platform and easy way to invest

I used Blend Network 3 times in 2019 for 3 different property transactions. The service is outstanding and I can get to speak to the decision maker, which helps in carrying out transactions at speed.

Their due diligence process is thorough, but once one gets over those hurdles, it's a relaxed relationship going forward.

This is such an easy platform to use for investment. You are completely in control of when and how much you invest and the detail given for each project is very reassuring. My first investment paid back well ahead of time so I'm already looking forward to funding the next project

Platform works well. Easy transfer in and out of funds. At time of writing no loan losses due to strong due diligence processes. Good interest rates. Prompt responses from team and management. Recommend.

Compared to conventional lenders, Blend Network works with us to get better business outcomes, instead of just pushing the papers around. Their online platform provides transparent information during and after the raise. The senior team engages with us (property developer) on a regular basis and are always very helpful. The speed of replies is simply outstanding!

I'm always cautious about reviewing P2P lending platforms too early. The true test is over the long term. However I have invested in one loan. Interests payments were on time and the loan has now essentially be paid back. Communication has been good throughout the loan period.

I've met Yann, the CEO on one occasion and had a good chat about Blends model and long term outlook. I walked away feeling confident that my next loan would be in safe hands. I also like that he personally has some skin in the game in that he invests in each loan. How long that can go on for will depend on how fast the platform scales up and his level of funds of course.

Overall I'm a happy lender. Fingers crossed they continue to grow carefully and ensure investor money is kept safe and secure!
