I was cautious before using Blend Network for investment, but it has been an easy process with good information clearly laid out. I've had no problems at all investing, the service appears robust, efficient and safe with no problems in my use so far and all payments due received on time or in advance.

I've been investing in a small way for the last 15 months. So far, my expectations have been met, with apparently good quality loans on offer.

My regret is that the 'deal flow' isn't larger. I limit my P2P position in any one borrower to about one two hundredth part of my overall P2P loan portfolio. As a result, my lending activity on Blend has been relatively small.

I have been investing with Blend Network since the early days, around 18 months. Blend seem quite careful with borrower selection, various types of property-backed loans. For small development loans they provide professional Monitoring Surveyor reports and funds are only released against validated spending. Personally I like Blend Network. Investors should of course always consider their own risk profile, ensure they understand what they are investing in, and spread their risk.

The platform is excellent and easy to use (works best in Google Chrome) and the support team are extremely helpful and always on hand to provide a quick and honest answer.

Hopefully, they can keep finding properties, as the only problem now is how competitive it is to invest!

Blend is backed by an experienced team with a cautious, sensible approach to lending. They are transparent and provide good information on each loan opportunity. It is also clear than quality is more important that quantity. Very happy with my experience to date.

We have funded two projects with blend which are progressing well. Blend has delivered exactly as promised. The legals took a little time to sort but they are robust & we have confidence moving forward with Blend. Payments are prompt as soon as valuations & various reports in progress are presented. A modern day funder for modern day business.

I was bummed that I missed one of their recent loans which was gone quickly, but then they suggested I use their autolend feature, which is great as you can set your criteria and lend automatically.

I particularly like the due diligence on the loans at Blend. There’s very detailed information on each loan and what’s good that it is available 24 hours before the loan goes live so I can have a look without having to rush once the loan is open to lend.
