DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I never received my order and they do not reply to any communication and no refund. They scammers and thief’s. Disgusting company

Absolutely appalling , total scam as far as I can see, unable to track the items, now having to go to the bank to try and get a refund. Please be warned before giving this website any money. There is no way of tracing the items I purchased 21 days ago.

Mi experiencia es muy positiva a la hora del producto, pero no me convence el tema de la devolución, ya que si no tiene una tienda cerca tienes que pagar el envío. Siendo complicado en algunas ocasiones acertar con tu talla y tus gustos .
En ese sentido, creo que limita al comprador que está fuera de las áreas de las tiendas físicas a no jugársela a pedir a vosotros

1star is way too generous.
Took weeks to arrive.
Cheap and nasty product.
Sent the wrong size.
Refused to admit size error.
Refused refund, citing their policy of no refunds for reduced items - all items are reduced.
Abysmal customer service.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Answer emails!!!
And delivered as you promise.

Save your money and buy some tissue boxes to wear on your feet instead!

I’m still waiting for my sandals to arrive.

If I could give a zero I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am convinced that the good reviews further down the chain are false. Only the poor reviews chime with my experience. And here it is. I messaged them on 28th July saying the following:- I wish to return this item and receive a full refund . I contacted you on the following dates and you failed to respond to me. I contacted you as follows:- 10th ( within 1 min of placing the order) 13th, 17th and 18th July 2023 asking you to amend the order from a UK size 2 to a UK size 6. You failed to acknowledge my emails and therefore on 23rd July I asked you to cancel the order. Despite this the shoes, which are the wrong size arrived on 25th July. I now wish to return them and get a full refund. Today on the 11th August I received THREE replies. TWO were identical
saying :-

Thank you for your email about the order 1534
I am sorry that you selected, confirmed and validated an incorrect size before applying a payment on our automated system.

The order was then prepared and sent to you automatically by the company's logistics.
I am afraid there is not much we can do here about this and would like to thank you for your understanding.

Whoever Janet C is (a bot I’m sure) has been a very busy person. There never was any mention of any promotional offer when I ordered so they are contravening ASA guidelines to start with.

I wrote back to say:- This is the most appalling customer service I have ever received therefore I shall be writing a review as such. Absolutely terrible. Your lack of communication and inability to resolve a simple issue are unbelievable. I will never ever shop with you again and I will place a review to that effect.

So here I am now telling you all not to give your money to these people.

-Calidad en los artículos.

-Buena gestión con las devoluciones.

Muy buen servicio de envío y buenos materiales.
Pedí dos modelos y ambos cumplen mis expectativas.

El pedido llegó muy rápido y todo perfecto, me sorprendió como cuidaron hasta el más mínimo detalle y el producto tal y como lo anunciaban, se ve de primera calidad todo,asi q seguramente repetiré.

El producto cumplía exactamente las expectativas que tenía cuando lo compré si además añadimos los detalles que tienen en la forma de entregártelo , todo suma pues me sorprendió y me gustó.
Ni una pega, lo único que tardaron en entregármelo porque estaba confundido el código postal pero se solventó enseguida
