Extremely poor quality and unwearable. They are miss selling these shoes as orthopaedic. They are using the apparent discount so they can refuse a return or money back. This is a very very poor quality product and should be avoided at all costs.

Struggling to get anybody to reply to me re the returns procedure.

Desconocía la marca, sinceramente el nombre no me daba confianza pero leyendo opiniones y al ver que era producto nacional, decidí pedir los zapatos y estoy contenta con la calidad

Muy recomendable, un calzado estupendo, muy bonito, super cómodo y artesanal hecho en España, es una maravilla. Me ha encantado descubriros. Repetiré. Además tuve que cambiar la talla porque me equivoqué al pedirla y todo ha ido muy muy rápido y fenomenal.

Started badly with a delay in sending the shoes.
When they did arrive the quality is poor.
Plasticky soles make them look cheap and nothing like the photos.
As someone who needs orthopaedic shoes, I found the soles to do exactly the opposite of what my foot needed.
Wore once, ankles ache and toes are blistered.
Poor service and low quality product.

Muy buena comunicación, calidad y comodidad.

The sandals are useless and appalling quality. They are not orthopaedic. They have cheap yellow plastic soles and heels that are very slippy and dangerous. The leather is shoddy and I was sent a six not a five and a half. They are not offering a refund as promised on their advert. Avoid this company. Amazon have closed their reviews due to suspicious activity. Maybe the positive reviews on here need to be looked at !

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered what Bloom called Orthopedic Sandles, there is nothing Orthopedic about them. Absolutely no arch support, cheap, hard plastic soles, upper material very thin and not leather. I tried to return them but Bloom, or their company Swelly, are refusing to take them back and issue a refund stating they do not refund on promotional products. Their advert did not say they were on promotion and did not state there would be no refund. I am now stuck with totally useless shoddy and unwearable sandles and out of pocket. Complete rip off - avoid at all costs

Muy buena calidad del calzado, cómodos y la atención al cliente de 10.

Envío rápido, empaquetado con mucho detalle y por supuesto la calidad del calzado.

La rapidez en la entrega y la atención al cliente que es excelente.

Disappointed by the overall quality and I requested a return.
Guess what no return on promotional goods- given this is all hard sell promotional via social media-
don’t expect usual service of returns.

I can’t believe these good reviews. I received my shoes, they are damaged and nothing like the photo. I emailed them straight away and sent a photo. I have sent two more emails asking how to return them and have heard nothing.
