got a crosstrainer from this company and it squeaked. from day one. Had quite a carry on dealing with customer service.
Eventually we had to go to trouble of packing and inconvenience of pick up.
To add insult to injury the company that picked up the crosstrainer didnât give them it till 10 days later. which means there was no refund till they received it. Iv still not received my £299 refund at moment. Apparently it has been done but it could take up to another 7 days for me to get it from bank. The inefficient customer service leaves a lot to be desired. from my experience i certainly wouldnât buy from this company. Itâs possibly ok if lucky enough to get a product that works. but the returns are very bad

Ich habe am Sonntag eine Bluefin Fitness Vibrationsplatte 4D zu 366,75 ⬠bestellt um im Bestellvorgang wurde ich auf PayPal verlinkt, habe dort bezahlt und nach drei Tagen, als noch nichts (BestellbestÀtigung etc.) kam, dort per Chat nachgefragt und erfahren, das die meine Bestellung abgebrochen haben wegen InaktivitÀt, also ich angeblich nicht weiter gemacht habe. Tats. aber habe ich bezahlt Ìber PayPal, wo das Geld aber nicht eingegangen ist, lt. PayPal. Selbst der Chat mit Bluefin, eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht, bringt mich jetzt weiter. Jetzt sitze ich bei der Polizei und erstatte Anzeige.
ErgÀnzung vom 15.3.2024: nach einem Blick auf mein Konto ist am heutigen Tage der Betrag wieder gutgeschrieben worden. Das Geld kam von PayPal, keine Ahnung, wie die das gemacht haben, denn der Vorgang ist dort immer noch nicht ersichtlich. Aber das Geld ist wieder da und ich bin glÌcklich. Was auch immer da schief gegangen ist.

Great customer service, swift reply to any queries on the order. However, delivery options let it down massively.
Made an order on the 9th. Earliest delivery slot is on 19th. There is no option at check out, you have to wait until the delivery company gets in touch with you.
Very unlikely to use this company again.
