The rowing machine I had ordered online arrived in a timely fashion, however, the mounting for the console was broken during transport. Bluefin's response to my subsequent email was almost immediate and a few days later I received the replacement part. Excellent customer service indeed!

Delivery late and product is cheap garbage, footholds literally brake on every use and I have to spend 20 minutes repairing the cheap crap every day. Tablet falls of the holder constantly and the wheel runners are total crap. Avoid and buy from anyone else, after my £20 rebate I stand by my first review, the machine is rubbish and very cheaply made. I highly recommend never buying one. I started on the hardest setting which is only level 8 so have nowhere else's to go with it, the only plus is it's battery operated so you don't need a lead running to a plug, but that really is the only positive.

I ordered a rowing machine only to have the delivery delayed. After it finally arrived it was missing parts needed to actually put the machine together. After I chased customer service constantly to get the parts I then put it together to find the display doesn't work properly.

Customer service are nice enough but don't do anything at all and you have to constantly chase for any answers.

Update - support have concluded that the display that was shipped is faulty so they are sending out a replacement. Not great quality at all in QA, logistics and shipping.

I bought a vibration plate and a Kick Treadmill both were delivered very fast and really helpful customer service team helping me choose the right one.

I bought a Bluefin Curv 2.0 on ebay, listed as 'new', but there were various things wrong with it and it had clearly not been assembled correctly! Being unable to read the diagrams in their online user manual, I turned to Bluefin customer support. They also didn't have a better image of the parts diagram that I needed right away, but were able to find me one within a few days and I got the parts I needed and machine working properly. They'd have got a 5-star rating if their online resources had been at a usable resolution to begin with..!

habe das Gerät 2021 gekauft, hat auch super funktioniert, nun ist es für sicher 1 Jahr in Vergessenheit geraten und gestern mal wieder genutzt. Nach ca 5 Minuten - schlagen und poltern zu höhren. Kurzum den Support kontaktiert, hier wurde ich gebeten ein Video mit info zu senden, zusammen mit der Rechnung - kurze Zeit später, wir können nicht helfen und Garantie ist abgelaufen - ist mir bewusst, habe gefragt wie ich das Problem lösen kann, da dies sich nur eine Buchse... sein wird - SUPPORT hat kein Interesse hier qualifiziert zu helfen !

I've had this exercise bike for about 4 years, and after regular use (at least 3-4 times a week for an hour+) the pedal finally broke off, and I was concerned as general logic would dictate that you would need to purchase a whole new bike, as fixing it would be impossible.

After emailing their customer services asking what could be done about the broken pedal, they simply asked for my order details and sent out a new pedal with 0 fuss.

Suffice to say I was surprised at how easy it was to get a response and how effective it was. Easy to talk to people who really seem to care about getting you what you need.

The customer service really stood out, they were quick with responding and sorting out my issue.

I would highly recommend these products, if only for the superb support that comes with it.

Los voy a denunciar, hice un pedido ayer de una máquina vibratoria, me tienen retenido el importe de 186,75€ del pago y después me dicen en el chat de la web cuando les escribo reclamándole que el número de la tarjeta no era el correcto, que no existe ningún pedido a mi nombre y que era solo un intento de pedido... He reportado el fraude a mi entidad bancaria

I ordered a Bluefin FIT Rowing Machine and I am 100%satisfied with everything from ordering to delivery, i was very impressed with the way it was packed and the quality is better than expected for the price, it was heavily discounted but If I had paid the full price I would have still been happy. it was very easy to assemble, I took my time and it took me about 30mins.I am only a novice but it is very smooth to use and I imagine someone with more experience would be very impressed

Please think twice before purchasing from this company, item arrived completely battered, then once opening it had scratches all over one side and 2 parts snapped, when I contacted ted them, within an hour of receiving, I was told I could keep my item with £35 off a £900 item and that the damage is only surface level and won’t affect my use of item, I wanted a return and refund, were now 15 days since return item was received their end apparently their technicians are checking the item!!! I have exchanged 21 email since and still no refund, luckily as I do with all large purchases for this reason, I used my credit card, they will be pursuing them moving forward as this is ridiculous….. although customer service has been very polite, this company needs to check their policies and align them with consumer law….. any item can be returned within 28 days without reason as long as unused and in original packaging!
Really bad service!

I bought the SP exercise bike directly from Bluefin Fitness (much cheaper than Amazon) It was pretty easy to set up, however I had two issues with it - one of the rear stabilisers was not connected properly and the display unit didn't show my speed, kcal burned, etc.

Kenzie from the customer service team was super helpful, really quick email responses, I was thoroughly impressed, seemed genuine and truly wanted to sort my bike out so it worked properly.

A new display unit and rear stabiliser were sent out relatively quickly and all is well. I would say the seat could certainly be comfier and if you are on the shorter side it might be difficult for you to be seated properly (I'm 5'8 and just about works for me), however, these are minor when you take the whole unit and the price into account.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend Bluefin as although I had issues with the bike, they were resolved and the customer service was far greater than what you might receive from a non-family run business. If I were to buy another piece of exercise equipment I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Had a Blade 2.0 rowing machine for some time now. However through my own fault, I stupidly let the belt slip back into the mechanism. After examining what might be a disastrous dismantle of the equipment, I decided to contact Bluefin through online chat to see if they could help. Not expecting much, Emma & Sophie sent me instructions of how to correctly dismantle the bike. Most other companies would have been asking for payment for this kind of advice, but not Bluefin. They did suggest that a skilled tradesman might be the way to go but as I'm no stranger to a screwdriver etc., the repair went perfectly to plan and managed to retrieve the belt. Can't speak highly enough about Bluefin as a company and their exercise portfolio, and would certainly be using them again if I ever need any more fitness equipment.
