While I purchased this item my wife is the main user and this is her review. Hopefully with time I will become convinced of its benefits and be a user too
BLUEFIN PRO VIBRATION PLATE
After researching the many benefits of vibration plates for the elderly I decided to get the Bluefin Pro Vibration Plate with side rails. I have tried other makes without the side rails and I am very impressed with this design. Two things are particularly brilliant about this machine. The first is it has a manual programme which means I have total control over the speed at which I want to exercise and with the controls at a convenient height it is so easy to change as you progress with your exercises. The second brilliant feature is the rails which gives an extra dimension to your range of exercises and provides confidence to anyone who has health issues such as vertigo, osteoporosis, etc.
While primarily mentioning the benefits to the elderly (or indeed anyone with health problems) it would obviously be an excellent machine for everyone.

I ordered two items from this company and only one initiially turned up (very quickly, I might add). When I followed up, it seemed that I had missed an email notiification explaining the delay due to the item being out of stock. Emma responded very quickly with a perfectly acceptable explanation, and the item came within a few weeks. The response was friendly, efficient and more importantly, personal form a family-run business and I would recommend.

Vibration plate broke down, in spite of expired warranty time, new plate was provided. Thank you
I bought a vibration plate in 2021 - 4DTriple Motor Vibration Plate, one of the most expensive models you carry paid over 450 Euro. Life long warranty on the motor parts. First week of september it stopped working. Replaced the fuse. Now it does get electricity but still no vibration. After some discussion and sending in a video, Bluefin was accomodating. Although the warranty had expired Bluefin has send me a mail that they will replace the vibration plate.
Today, September 22 the replacement arrived. Very happy with this excellent service. Thank you

Guten Tag,
vor nicht ganz 2 Jahren eine Bluefin Fitness Ultra Slim Einzelmotor Vibrationsplatte gekauft.
Heute habe ich die Platte auseinander gebaut, weil vom Hersteller keiner reagiert.
Die Lager vom Vibrationsmechanissmus sind defekt. Haben richtig Spiel im Lagersitz.
GerÀt wurde nicht regelmÀÃig benutzt.
Die verbauten Lager ist billigste QualitÀt.
Soviel zu Thema Profitechnik.
Update:
Diese Antwort schreibt ihr textgenau bei jeden der etwas zu bemÀngeln hat.
Also wird auch wie bei allen anderen nichts passieren.

Wrong or damaged items sent. No response to queries.
Ordered an exercise bike in October last year which arrived damaged. New one was eventually sent several months later (but not anytime near when they'd suggested). This time it's a different bike and is not fit for purpose. Seems to be designed for giants rather than mortals.
Several emails later no response. There is no number on their web site to contact.
Avoid.

Ordered a treadmill - Missing parts!
Ordered a treadmill. Paid extra for fast delivery on a specific date. Open the box only to find that all screws and assembly parts are missing, so cannot use the machine. Huge blunder in quality checks. Rubbish new customer experience. At least a guy called Jake in customer service, was understanding and sorted it out, but will have to wait more days to get the assembly parts.

Quality product backed up with great customer service.
I purchased the blade air rower, I'm really impressed with the design, sturdy build quality and connected services especially for such a reasonable price, but I do wish I could increase the resistance even further.
I did spend a lot of time researching other rowers in this price range, and I didn't see anything else that came close.
I also have to praise their customer service for their swift same day replies, for me, customer service can make the difference between keeping or returning a product, or even buying again from a company, so thank you.

I purchased Bluefin M1 Aqua, the cable that connects the rowing machine to the LCD display is missing and the display also has scratches on the case, Bluetooth does not seem to work, so can not link to app. Not very impressed considering the price of the machine.
