Blue residential have let 2 properties (and sold both) for me over the last 17 years.
I first let the properties as a new landlord, Blue were excellent at guiding me through the early months and years, managing the day to day letting on my behalf. They have established great relationships with local tradespeople, and any issues that arose with my properties were dealt with swiftly and cost effectively. Marketing, conducting viewings, and vetting potential tenants were all carried out without fuss. I was very confident in acting on their advice and this has proved fortuitous, I have had 17 years of stress free letting. I have to add that Carol, the letting manager was amazing. She is organised, meticulous, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I recently sold my second property with Blue, again the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. I can’t thank Blue Residential enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
