Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to make the letting process quick and easy. Couldn't ask for any more of them and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

I'd never heard of Blue Residential before but we found a really nice apartment to rent in Horsforth through them. We applied and the whole process from start to finish was fast and easy. I'm always a bit dubious with letting agents because they're in the middle of you and the landlord/lady so you expect things not to go quite smoothly, this wasn't the case. Within the first month there were issues. The oven was unreadable from heavy cleaning, it was replaced within a day. Following this, the shower, washing machine & boiler broke. Other than the boiler (due to part lead times) everything was fixed within a day or 2 & on top of this, Blue arranged for the carpets to be cleaned around the leaking boiler. I am hugely grateful to Carol who trusted us with her mobile number for emergencies or informal requests. As such we had an emergency tap leak at 10pm at night and as soon as i sent an email, I received a text from Carol checking in and ensuring everything was fine which it was in the end. At time of writing, I'm with my fourth letting agency and I've got to say of all of them, Blue Residential have been the best, most helpful and easiest to deal with of them all. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to rent. Thank you Blue Residential.

Everyone at Blue Residential has been great during our recent move. It was an incredibly easy process during what is a very difficult time to be moving. A friend moved at the same time and the difference between the two agents is stark. Very happy so far!

Brilliant from start to finish. I viewed the property on the Monday, my references were completed and I was accepted on the Thursday! Dan was amazing, he was in regular communication with me and was very efficient. He made everything so easy, It was my first time going through this process and he made it really straight forward. I have been a tenant through Blue as the agents for two Landlords for nearly 5 years in total. What can I say excellent service as a tenant and very friendly staff who always deal with your queries immediately. If I were a Landlord of a property I would want them to be my agents.

My family were looking to sell our late father’s Flat from March this year and it was expertly handled by Jane Vale throughout. It took slightly longer to complete, given Covid restrictions on viewings etc, but Jane was always transparent on where we were and we felt informed, even in these peculiar times. Jane is a good listener and took on board what the family were looking for and found a suitable buyer.

Excellent service from start to finish, all my questions and queries were sorted out straight away. I have been pleasantly surprised how straightforward and easy my move has been thanks to the work Blue Residential have put in behind the scenes, especially as we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Having to call into the Guiseley office on a few occasions I feel I have to mention how well the office is being managed for everyone’s safety.
Finally, the staff are great!! always smiling, always helpful and always friendly especially Gill King who has been my main contact.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that Jane provided in these very difficult times. After months of clearing the property out during lockdown we eventually asked Blue To sell on our behalf. We couldn’t believe it was sold within a week. Jane must have Organised and shown a dozen interested people around In quick time. Top marks.

Brilliant experience with Blue! Dan and Carol made the process easy and simple from start to finish. They were accommodating in arranging a viewing at short notice and ensuring the move in phase was straightforward.

We have just become tenants with Blue Residential and the whole process went very smoothly. We were living quite far away from where we needed to rent a new property and so we had struggled for a few weeks to find somewhere. Blue Residential made it easy and we were able to see a video viewing of the property and after applying for it were notified very quickly of the landlord's responses. We were able to move in a week later and the property is lovely. Dan is always very quick at responding to my emails and questions.
One suggestion we do have would be to make it possible to complete forms online rather than having to print them off and fill them in by hand before scanning them in again to email and then post hard copies - but this is just a minor issue really!

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Each staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ticked every box needed. This was my first time renting, and I can honestly say it has been such a simplified process due to care and attention blue residential provide, Dan has been excellent throughout right from the viewing. They keep you in the loop daily about the steps and the next stages. I viewed the apartment on a Sunday, and had the keys by Friday, now that’s what you call customer service and people who know exactly what to do and how to do it. I cannot recommend blue residential and the team at the guiseley office more, they are all a credit to the company, and me and my partner would like to thank you all for making what could have been a very stressful situation during hard times, a simple, easy and efficient process. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent, to definitely have these guys at the top of your list!
