Blue have successfully marketed and rented 2 apartments out for us recently. I can not rate them highly enough in terms of the service they have provided particularly during lock down as we really didn’t think we had any chance of renting these out! The virtual tours they did to market the properties was great and they kept us updated through the whole process. Thank you Dan and the team there!

Fantastic service - the team at Blue Residential were straight on the case to find a new tenant with there being only a gap between tenants of a few weeks. Completely hassle free.

The whole team have been helpful throughout the entire process of moving and settling into our home. My partner and I were concerned about the effect Covid19 would have on enabling us to move stressfree however Blue really made it easy. Communications were excellent with Dan, in particular, being quick to respond and always giving clear replies. They also answer the phones promptly - a big step up from large scale letting agencies we have been with in the past.

I've used Blue's tenant find service for a number of years now and am pleased to report that they went that extra mile during lock-down to find new tenants. In addition to their usual good customer service - they answer the phone promptly and respond timely to requests - Dan took the trouble to compile a professional 'video tour' so prospects could view without actually visiting the property. This paid dividends. He then took the trouble to discuss the prospective tenants - pros and cons - prior to signing them up. I found his knowledge about the local rental market valuable. Concerns about affordability were overcome with a parental guarantee. In short a strong recommend - I'm about to use them again

Blue Residential are fantastic. They managed to secure a tenant for my property in a matter of days in such difficult circumstances. I am a first time landlord and Dan guided me through the process with ease. I would highly recommend Blue to anyone!

The team at Blue Residential were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful and understanding. My son had to leave his halls due to the pandemic and unfortunately I could not accommodate him at home and needed a property in an emergency and the staff took the stress out of the situation for me, which I really appreciated.

I've used Blue for many years now. They've found good reliable tenants for my property and have always been pleasant to deal with. No complaints.

Blue have worked really hard to secure another tenant as quickly as possible following a very sad and unfortunate situation that left the property vacant. Work was organised quickly to get the property back up to par and they very quickly identified a new tenant.

My dealings with Blue, both on the lettings side, and finally when I came to sell my property, have been beyond excellent. I live in Brighton so came to totally rely on Blue’s help and experience. I have been involved with property for years and I have to honestly say I have never come across the professionalism that I have experienced with Blue Residential. All female led, and the only other time I came close to it, was with a one woman letting/sales agency with a property I had in Hastings. What is it about the efficiency of women! Rude nasty woman at the guisely office put me off ever dealing with company again. She was beyond unhelpful,asking personal unrelated questions, arrogant,and completely unprofessional.

My husband and I have moved in to a lovely little cottage which we have rented through Blue residential. The whole experience from start to finish has been great. We have been dealing with Gill who has been super efficient from helping us get all the paper work sorted to a leaky tap which was sorted in hours. Couldn’t recommend this agency enough.

After 7 years of renting in London, I was a bit fearful of what 'up north' had to offer. I needn't have worried. Carol and Blue Residential are head and shoulders above what I encountered in London.

An excellent personal service which has completely changed my opinion of estate agents. Jane and the team were superb throughout the whole of a difficult sale and purchase, to the point where it is likely we would have just stayed in our previous home without their guidance, re-assurance and positive outlook.

I was able to use Blue Residential for lettings and sales so for this review I will split my comments into two categories as I dealt with very different people and of course the process is very different.

LETTINGS

I decided to rent my flat and from the get go I felt I had chosen the correct estate agent. My first contact at the estate agent was with Dan, who went through the contract in thorough detail which put me at ease as this was the first time I had rented a property. You could tell that Dan had pride in his work and made sure he got the right photos to be able to market my property effectively.

Dan also rented out a flat to my brother and likewise my brother also felt at ease and found Blue really easy and efficient to use.

For day to day running I mainly dealt with Carol and Sheryl who both were so helpful and made my life so much easier.

When there were repair works they got it sorted quickly and the quality of their recommended plumbers (etc) were of a very high standard and the prices were very competitive.

I was impressed at the speed they were able to find a new tenant and the process of getting them in as soon as possible. All payments went through smoothly and all inspections were done thoroughly. They exceeded my expectations in this area.

After a couple of years of renting I decided to sell the property...

SALES

I sincerer thank Jane for all the work and advice she gave me during the whole process of selling my flat. Similarly to renting this was my first time selling my home and she helped me understand the process at every stage. She was honest with me throughout the process especially with pricing and when it was right to potentially drop the price.

She regularly kept me updated and in fact I felt she went above and beyond with getting the sale to go through as quick as possible. I felt she always had my best interest at heart.

The best thing about Blue Residential is absolutely the team. They are just a great bunch of people. They are cheery, polite and really care about you. They are positive, optimistic and passionate in everything they do and actually will miss talking to them

If you haven't gathered already, I highly recommend Blue and would use them again in a heart beat.
