I have worked with Blue Residential now for about ten years. Dan, Carol and the rest of the team are always very friendly, professional and dependable. They continue to ensure the right type of long term tenants are found for my property. They have been particularly helpful in introducing local trades who have assisted with my ongoing maintenance of the property. It is for this reason I continue to use Blue Residential and strongly recommend them to any Landlords in the area.

Have recently sold a property through Blue Residential and I can only speak highly of the whole operation. Previously to the selling of my property, I had used there Landlord rental service for the past 12 years. The knowledge of the local property market for selling and rental is superb.
Property values from the team are accurate and achievable to the market conditions.
I can only thank Cheryl, Jane and the rest of the team at Blue for a great service over the past years and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or rent their property in the area.

Blue sold our house for us and I would definitely recommend them. You get a personalised service and don't feel like one of many. I was impressed by their expertise and enthusiasm and they worked hard to get our sale through. This included monitoring the whole chain and chivvying things along. They kept us calm when the inevitable problems of house moving turned up and sorted them out efficiently. On one occasion, one of their team came straight round to our house when we had a drain problem and sorted the whole thing out, arranging a visit from their handyman and arranging a drain repair company. They did more than just sell the house they took lots of strain off us. The staff members are a pleasure to deal with and are knowledgeable and communicative. I would say they definitly earned their commission.

I cannot fault this estate agents. Absolute brilliant customer service and always kept us in the loop.
We did not actually use this estate agents to sell our house- we used Manning Stainton and a Law firm recommended by MS - they were both 3 star at best and we never got timely updates from as to what was happening during the sale.
We were buying from a lovely couple who were selling the house through Blue, and even though we were not Blues customer, Jane and Cheryl in the Guiseley branch always kept me up to date and informed and were happy to call round other members of the chain (when it should be solicitors doing this). They even told me the exchange had gone through 1 and half hours before our solicitor could be bothered to call - which saved me £150 in extra time to the removal company if I had waited on the solicitor.
They are very people friendly and we even took their advise on a mortgage advsior and got a mortgage sorted quicker than we could do ourselves.
We felt very taken care of by Blue, and like I said, they were not our estate agents. (Manning Stainton felt like we were a number in a huge book)
If we ever sell our new house, we would use Blue without a second thought.

I have used Blue Residential to rent out my property and they have done an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. The telephone is always answered quickly, which is very important for potential tenants. I cannot recommend highly enough.

From managing the paperwork at the beginning of my lease to handing over the keys when I left, the service I received was flawless. They made the process of renting a property easy and transparent. Blue Residential have been great for me. As a landlord I transferred to them about a year ago. All their services have been excellent . Tenant find , very quick, with none of all the usual hassle. There customer service and office staff are always pleasant and happy to help with any queries and they get things done !!
