Good job, I'd buy th umbrella again.

I ordered 4 sun brellas beige in color. 3 arrived with 1 shattered finial. 4 days later the 4th sun brella arrived. It was a damaged package split opened at one end with damaged umbrella shaft and the finial was missing completely. 50% of the purchase was damaged in some way. Unacceptable.
I have communicated with a customer service person who said they would send another finial when supplies were stocked. Uncertain of replacement timing.
I will send the 4th damaged sun brella pictures today.

The umbrella I ordered was too large and Bluu offered return shipping at no cost even though that isn't their standard policy. Their customer service was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

One of the pieces arrived damaged, but the customer service was excellent and they shipped a replacement right away. 5 stars for customer service. The quality overall was average, but not too bad considering the price.

Delivery of product was great. I'm having issues with post sales support. I have reached out 4 different times since receiving the package to start the return process. The umbrella looks great, but will not work for us due to the amount of wind we get through our yard.

UPDATE: Once support finally connected with me, they went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They stayed true to their word and quickly reacted to close out my issues within a couple of days.

The product was delivered and was just as advertised. It was easy to assemble and the price was fair. The assembly tools were included which came in handy.

Oops. I didn't read the instructions all the way through, just a page at a time. So I installed one end. It took a rubber mallet to fasten it. Then instead of installing the metal tubes I installed the other side. I now had no way to install the tubes. I tried to pry and hammer one end off to install the tubes. Finally i measured the tubes and usee a cut off saw to cut about 1.5" off the rod so I could install the rods. After that it went pretty smooth.

These lounge chairs have a nice wood grain look. They are very sturdy and comfortable with multiple adjustments on the back. They are a great addition to my patio and look forward to spending summer days relaxing in them.

5 star. That I’m going to buy a 2nd one.

We received our shipment very quickly and the umbrellas are absolutely beautiful!

Ordered the three tiered umbrella in navy. I was looking for a black umbrella but read that the navy was very dark. So happy with this choice. It’s definitely navy but looks great in my backyard. Went back for a second one for the deck. I love that they come with a cover. That was a nice surprise. I also ordered the flat umbrella holder which seems sturdy. I will note that it has a small rust stain already from a recent rain but hopefully it won’t be a problem.

Love these containers! Very attractive, exceptionally easy to put together and will be durable and easy to clean moving forward.

We emailed about a return and have not been given instructions. The items ordered are flimsy and not going to work for our space.
