Great product, looking forward to loading it up with plants. Looks great in my backyard

I ordered a Sequoia Pro Cantilever Umbrella Square 1 Tier along with the suggested base weights.
This umbrella was easy to set up and took about 30 minutes using supplied directions. However, after opening it the first time a small tear was discovered. I then contacted Bluu customer service and began a text dialogue with rep Norman.
Norman quickly understood the problem and after seeing the pictures of the rip I sent him. He was extremely sympathetic and apologetic for this trouble and we came to a solution. I must say that the customer service team at Bluu went out of their way to resolve my issue. As good businesses want to do they obviously want me to purchase additional Bluu products and with customer service like this they have accomplished their goal. Next time I am looking to buy I will go to Bluu.

I received my chair as described , Noman from customer service was helpful with some questions . The chaise lounge will last for a long time due to the material it is constructed if . Thanks again Bluu

I forgot to type in the discount code yesterday when ordering online, so I emailed Bluu and they immediately refunded me the difference. Very quick and honest. I haven't received my order yet and hope to add to this review when it arrives.

I ordered two of the 9 ft faux wood beige umbrellas. The color wasn’t as light as I was hoping for but reason for 5 stars is because Norman from customer service was extremely helpful and professional, and helped me out right away. The fabric is beautiful and the faux wood grain pole looks very high quality. I wish they had more fabric color choices!

Overall we had a very positive experience with Bluu. Although the original umbrella we received had some issues, the customer service team was on top of it immediately. We were shipped a new umbrella within a few days and now are enjoying our new pool with some great shade!!

The "Pro Market Umbrella 3 Tiers" is beautifully designed, and made for windy areas like our patio. I got the navy which is a rich dark colour - and love it. We've entertained and enjoyed countless hours on the scorching southern side of the house. That would otherwise be impossible in the summer. It even comes with a nice cover for storing during our too long MI winters. There was an issue with the shipment/tracking number but Noman apologized, and made it right. Great purchase.
